I can’t log in to one of the servers on here, at all, I have tried a LOT of fixes, hoping others might have another fix for me. I’ve talked to support and not had any luck with the suggestions they have given me, they are as follows:
1) Try a different browser
2) Update flash player/java
3) Stop/pause downloads
4) Disable third-party browser active monitoring plug-ins such as video grabbers/adblockers as these have negative impacts to browser games
5) Lower protection/disable firewall or make sure site is whitelisted as it may block the port of the game
6) Set browser to a higher priority[ via Task Manager
7) Check Internet speed and stability [[http://speedtest.net/](http://speedtest.net/)] Any small interruption or disconnection is crucial for the game to completely load
I have done all of these,
1)I cannot get it to run on chrome, firefox or maxthon, all other servers work fine.
2) I have not only updated my flash and java, I have tried running on only pepperflash, as well as only on macromedia.
3) No downloads running
4) Disabled other extensions while attempting, no luck
5) Tried with no firewall at all.
6) Yes, I always do this when running Wartune, I find it too laggy to play otherwise.
7) I have checked my speed and it is very good for the area. I have also run a glastnost test to make sure my isp isn’t throttling my system.
Other things I have been told to try, but already had, were to clear my cache and cookies for my browser and in the flash itself. To install Advanced System Care and run their game boost software, but I already run this… to no avail.
I am kinda stumped, it looks to me like I just can’t connect to that one server. I use google’s public dns settings and have updated my host file with all the ip addresses for kong and for the wartune servers, flushed my dns and nothing there, I can ping the ip of the server directly with no issue and have run a tracert without any issue at all as well. Really stumped, it’s just the one server I have this issue with.
Anyone else having this issue as well? If we all get together maybe we can figure it out. It’s server 4 by the way, all the other servers are fine for me. This is what it looks like when I try to log in on it:

I even let it run for 2 hours the other day to see if it would eventually start up and it never did, just sat like that the whole time. So, help?

You have the same exact problem as me, but for me it is every server. I also can’t play on other areas such as armor games and main wartune page. Been stuck there for a few days now. Did you check firewall on router and ports? I think the ports wartune uses is 5000 and 5001. It could be scrambled data and will resolve itself sometime others have said. I put out a support ticket so just waiting on them to hopefully solve this issues. Not sure what ISP your using but this might help. I also noticed that when I hook up my P.C to my phone via mobile hotpsot, I had no problems and wartune worked beautifully. But you have just that one server so not sure if what I said will help you, but its an idea at least. I’m currently on server 2 US EAST and I am stumped as well. trying firebug from mozilla to see if there is anything i’m missing.

The issue magically resolved itself last time, but yes, it’s back for me again. I can do a hard reset on my modem but it doesn’t change anything, and my NAT is set strict, so kinda lost on that one too, if it’s an ISP issue, then I’ll have to get in touch with them, but need to do a little more research first so I know what to tell them! Glad to know it’s working for you again though, gives me hope!

R2\_Moderator is not the right one to be sending mails to for Wartune issues anymore, you now have me, or you have R2\_Community. Sorry about that, it can be confusing to know that they’re listed here still, but maybe no one is seeing the messages who can help with Wartune issues. livy, did you try everything I’ve tried? Did you try to get your router reset with the ISP? Did you ask them to open the ports? I have no answers why it’s happening, I just know it’s not an R2 issue, or a kong one apparently, so it’s user specific or ISP specific. (inclined to think the latter for the most part) I can’t connect to any P2P games on my consoles right now due to the same issues, so really do think it’s ISP related, and trying to get that fixed.

Its R2 having the issue. Started having network lost issues yesterday. Then about 1/2 hour ago it did the same network lost error and dumped me out – now only get grey screen trying to get back in. Have also done everything you listed to no avail. This is in Opera, FireFox, and IE. Can do anything else in each of the browsers – even other games on kong with no problem. It seems like a hardware problem on their end – possibly a router or switch is failing.
This is on Server 11 – so its multiple servers as well.

I might be having a different problem, but it sounds similar.
Earlier at around 11:40-11:55 am Central Time the whole Kong website stopped working for me. I checked on IsItDownRightNow to check if Kong was up and running and it was, but it still didn’t load up anything for me.
Now it loaded up after about 30 minutes of refreshing the empty page, but Wartune won’t load up. All it shows is a grey screen.
edit: It seems the game is working for a lot of people, but there’s definitely something going on with Wartune servers. At this time, even the Wartune website won’t load and several people on IsItDownRightNow are reporting problems logging in, even though it says the site is up.

I have cleared caches restarted multiple times and it wont even load the server select screen!! whats going on??? i missed world boss and a bunch of other things!!! Now ill be way behind people im playing with!! How are you going to fix this!!!
S12 by the way. if i lose my rankings because of this im not spending another dime on this game!

Apparently it is a Wartune problem. All Kong games EXCEPT Wartune load and play fine. Cannot load Wartune on Kong, Kabam, OR the r2 games site. In fact, the r2 games site won’t load at all. In any browser on 3 different computers.

I’m sorry your upset, but look at the order of the posts from today…those who have said that were after my response, and that is still currently the only solution the devs are giving us.
**Update:** Thanks to player responses here and on R2 we have noted that some major internet hubs that connect players to the servers in China are currently overloaded. We cannot fix this, as this is an internet issue not an R2 issue.

why I could not Play Wartune? purchase not operation? I worked so hard to earn them. what happen then. are they going to fix them or update them? I really want to play Wartune really bad. now I am sad.

The game over here s changing hands from R2 to ProficientCity and has been undergoing a 24 hour maintenance for that. The game should be back up in the next couple hours, as long as everything is going according to schedule. Don't forget to update your bookmark when the servers are back, as the URL will be different. That will be the only thing that is different - it's the same game, just being hosted by the partner publisher now.

Is there a way we can get an update at least on how long it is going to take? Or even just a things seem to be taking longer due to this issue or anything like that. letting us know that it should be ("should" being the issue here) up in a couple of hours. that is at least 2 hours.
