My formation is:

For sure not the best, but easy to setup and idle.

That is a terrible, terrible formation!
Just kidding, but this one might be better:

i see you are using frosty, I don't use frosty, so I don't know if he would be better in my formation somehow, hehe.

wut... I'm gussing Frosty as main since you have Monkey, Montana and Boggins?
But then why not Draco who is 2L? Why not Sjin that, if adjacent and having Turps, is 3L? Why not LF instead of Soldierette? Oo
My formation was:
Turkey (3L), Kiz (3L), Momma (2L), Vero (3L) / Santa (1L), Sjin (3L), Bubba (2L) / Larry (2L), Billy (1L) / Turps (1L), Alan (2L), Rabbit (3L but two are very bad) / Pete (3L), LF (2L)
I'm actually missing one for Alan, and if I had the Bat tie I would use him instead of Santa for he is 2L - but requires you buying a level and casting Alchemy for it to work.
With 9100 level cap and mostly L7 formation I've reached area 1700 and got 119 tokens.
Why Momma instead of Brogon?
Royal tag kills one of Kiz legs and that one have a 200% base. Using her with Tukey you get 3L from him, 2L from her and another 1L from Kiz.
Best formation I could make with both Kiz and Frosty reached only 32L effects and Kiz beats him. I do believe Wendy can beat Kiz (but not by much) if you buy the Bonus Training till her slot 'cause you can make a 33L with her, and then most probably Draco and Karen too but I haven't tried making formations for them.

With all of them fully legendary:

Can swap Sjin and Bubba for slightly more speed.

aww, good eye, plus sjin will still be next to kiz AND he will have 6 crusaders around him!
NONE of my people are above L5L5L5 legendary, because i do not play that way; in fact, I have never disenchanted a single legendary!
I have all my groups (humans, magicals, supernaturals, ect.) at about L5,L5,L5, but the less important groups are at L4,L4,L4.
I have no legendary level 6 anything.

I lack many Ls

Speed > Gold > DPS

Just rolling along till I reach max level, not a serious formation.
But I plan on warping in this challenge for Wrena's amulet, so I'm taking Sasquach along instead of Frosty.

this shows the legendary levels of each crusader which is so important nowadays!
wish more people would post their formations this way...

note: i actually switched it so santa is next to kiz and not brogon: for some odd reason, santa's level 1 legendary "BASE DPS for each crusader adjacent to" legendary is better than brogon level 7 legendary "ALL CRUSADERS DPS for each crusader adjacent to"!

This is not the best... haven't got a full epic kizyl... but decided to go with a robbie/broot combo, mostly coz it was interesting to do, and there is a lot of synergy on legendaries for this combo. It's also a reasonably decent tanking combo.
On target legendaries - Billy (2), Mamma (2), Turps (1), Boggins (2/3), Robo (2/3), Montana (3), Monkey (3), Sjinn (3), Santa (3), Turkey (3), Robbie (3), Alan (2/3), Bubba (3), Broot (3) - alans 3rd legendary isn't useful, while robo's on crit chance & boggins on RC is when tanking if timed right.
Billy
................Roborabbit...............Turkey
Mamma........................Sjinn..................Bubba
................Montana...................Robbie
Turps............................Santa.................Broot
................Monkey.....................Alan
Boggins
produces around e360 (x30) click damage when maxed out with buffs @ level 9650 with level 6 legendaries

LOL, nice catch! Thanks =D
I do like these topics to keep a record of what I did in my last run for that challenge. Saves retesting time.

I thought I could go for a Kysilblip form, and then I read your post... so went for something different. This form only works with Bonus Training, but boy can you get a heck of a lot of FA's onto Karen.
Rabbit
................Monkey..............Montana
Boggins..................Pete...................Jack
................Sjinn...................Bubba
Momma..................Santa.................Karen
................Vero....................Alan
Turkey
And this one tanks, with a nice synergy between Alan's normally useless Legendary Helm (buffs DPS for each dead crusader, and more than covers Karen's drop in DPS). Also between them Boggins and Robo can create a truly monstrous crit chance, which is rather nice... now gonna leave it to run overnight and see where it gets.
edit: After an overnight run, Karen capped out at 10880, which is 120 levels below my current crusader cap, the e26% Gold and the weedier DPS bonuses available to T1 crusaders is not enough to cap out.- form delivered e404 DPS and 130 tokens. It does tank OK, with a meaty e4 DPS uplift when Karen dies. Kisilblyp might be better than this but didn't test it.

Yeah it's too bad Karen is such a low seat or she'd be really scary.
