Here you can post for the current challenge formation: there re 9 dps only in the challenge currently and 20% of the game is supernaturals. Let's get some tips: Emo is the fourth best dps in the challenge. consider him if you dont got priestess of time-thoonoose. a negative of him is that he got karen's slot. Karen's catnip effect is really powerfull so you must test first which is ur best dps. On my opinion sally isn t so good. Wew, mindy is at formation. But? mindy isn t soo usefull unless you got really powerfull effects such zoraeban s lone hunter (this challenge got a few speedsters) or baenarall but shadow queen is the best support in this challenge . (consider her so). mindy can copy shadow queen but the place is a lot tricky. henry is other dps, he s an other choice. zombie winter?? here you can put him in formation (mostly to chill 4 crusaders) and along with legendary dagger and leather s effect you get a good boost to dps. baenarall s diversity due to many supernaturals can t work well. but if you re using for example all tags (at least one) that you can she can boost a little the dps. willy is better at my opinion. hey, we got jack o latern, the only tank along with broot. jack is better BUT the only healers are the holy guardian and foresight so unless you got them don t bring him to formation. both atraxes and goblin are good. It s your choice here. foresight is a powerfull buffer as he increases the dps of supernatural crusaders. Dark gryfhon? oh well if you need tanking consider him. sjin the builder is both buffer and speedster, good idea for having him. gold panta and katie are good gold finders but zombie winter is better. fire fhoenix got an effect that increases the dps of all crusaders for each supernatural. good idea if you do. Alan can be good as boss killer. frosty is a medium dps for late game but if you make long runs, don t use immediately the legendary pipe because it will take a big time to use it again. Better use it at late game so exchange student can be a really strong support. As we said late game we got mediumfoot, consider him if you go for deep runs. skeletom can synergize well with jack o latern dark gryfhon and holyguardian/foresight. he makes the enemies die from explosive skeletons and radioactive ones. shadow queen is the strongest support in the challenge. Don t forget her! Priestess of time can kill bosses easier and more efficiently. he s also the third best dps for this challenge. zoraeban is the best for this challenge . also he has lone hunter ability so he can speed up the areas. viktor the vampire is a jack of all trades. remember that for this challenge only if you got saint patrokia he can make splash damage. holy guardian is a strong buffer,healer and to reduce the damage that crusaders takes.good idea for tanking. Now you re choosing, which is better, thoonoose or frankie? thoonoose is the second best dps for this challenge and also the snap ability can speed a few. BUT frankie is better if you got better dps. saint patrokia is a descent buffer. well that s a page of tips, I don t know if I made sense.

I already finished the challenge, but let's see if i can remember what i used (back-to-front): Artaxes/SQ ZombieW/SaintPat/Viktor Foresight/Baenerall Frakie Littlefoot/Sjin Mindy Think i had Baen mimicked until i needed more DPS. Used a couple click damage buffs near the end so my three TM's could keep it near insta-kill (4th TM on clicking caused too much lag). Got 126th token on area 1803 and didn't push it any further - though someone who was willing to go slower mimicking someone other than Sjin for more DPS, or use a tank strategy, probably could have.

Game Goblin/Patrokia Foresight/Skeletom/Gryphon Zoraeban/Frankie Zombie LittleFoot/THG Mindy

Thanks for the long thread war_robots, but building a formation can be done more structured. First of all we have Mindy as a key-crusader. Then you look for a spot in formation that is only adjacent to 2 other slots. The only spot is right at the front. Next step: look for abilities to copy, preferable L-buffed. In this challenge there are exactly only 2 abilities useful: Sacred Flame from THG and Growing Up from Littlefoot. The 2nd big decision is your main-DPS. Usually higher-slot crusaders are still the way to go since Bonus Training does not scale very well. Our options are from right to left: Patrokia, Thoonoose, Frankie, THG, Viktor, Zoraeban, Priestess of Time and maybe Shadow Queen. We are certain that we want THG to be support and he has a legendary effect that buffs male crusaders, so Patrokia, Viktor, PoT and SQ are out. Frankie is too good of a support (3L for male crusaders) and Thoonoose has basically no useful L-effects for the challenge. So we have the choice of using Zoraeban and Frankie as main. I choose Zoraeban, because his L-effects work really well with what we already have. The next big step is to count L-effects on potential support-crusaders. THG (3), Mindy (2), LF (2), Frankie (3) are already fixed. Our potential main-DPS is Demon, Angel and supernatural. I do not mention crusaders with less than 2, so what is left: Zombie Winter, Artaxas, Game Goblin, Foresight, Gryphon, Sjin, Katie, Phoenix, Alan (with Baen or Herny), Skeletom, Shadow Queen, Patrokia. Skeletom and Game Goblin have a nice 5 in 2 package, Zombie Winter and Katie work similar, but the L-effects make the zombie so much better. Alan (and Baen) disbalance the Angel-Demon-count that is needed for Zoraeban's L-effect. We can't put SQ or Sjin next to Zoraeban, else we lose another L-effect, so those are out as well. So all that is left for the last 3 slots are Foresight, Gryphon, Phoenix and Patrokia. The latter two have the strongest L-effects out of those 4 and for the other two it is just a question of personal preference. Last but not least you build your formation and see if you need to switch out someone because you can not position them properly. So my final form was similar to Vingummi's: Phoenix/Game Goblin | Skeletom/Patrokia/Gryphon | Zoraeban/Frankie | Zombie | THG/Littlefoot | Mindy I was missing one legendary on Zoraeban, but still got 131 token @area 1974. Of course everyone's formation can vary depending on gear. But I assume being close to full L for building my formations.

My formation is loosely based on Azaryah's and Vingummi's ones, but ofc with my self-imposed rules to not use Abilities that cause the DPS to fluctuate over time (such as Mindy, Frankie's Croon, Sjin's Let's Build and so on):  If it's not so obvious the DPS is Zora.

Zoraeban strikes again ^^^ He s also my only speedster along with penny in my formation. Well as I care zoraeban is the best dps (edit the first post) due to good dps boosts and gear effects. On general, chiyome is better. BUT both zoraeban and chiyome are great ones. The only weakness of chiyome is that she don t got spawn speed buff. Also zombie winter is the best gold finder for this challenge

(though not necessarily the best build) But this one worked better for me.  Key features: The Exchange Student + LVL 7 Frosty Storm Rider (max mats) + Mimicing it. The rest of the materials into Holy Guardian, and miming it. Empty spot to force Mindy to behave. Skeletom! (he's giving me +1000% dps) Frontal tank fire bomb. I was surprised that my 2 legendary Zoraeban lost to this formation. I tried all the ways mentioned in this thread and more, and this one still won out for the gears I got. I wish I had more time this week to have played around with things.

 My best, with a good amount of storms, but not too much Bruno. (meaning, this run took some time, but not max time) Mindy+TES on Zora was my key. Ishtar as the DPS just couldn't hang. Also note speeders are turned off. (Ish+Zora)

Best I've got, without trying too many things, (back-to-front, top-to-bottom) Kebos - [blank] Bridget - TES - Mindy Katie - THG ZW Ishtar - Foresight Bruno

 Tried Miming Karen & Kebos (making Mindy main DPS, but didn't seem to produce enough DPS, might work better at the cap with Bonus Training). Might be better replacing Shadow Queen with Bruno, but I had sent Bruno on a long mission, so couldn't ramp up marvellous gold.
