The basic convertaion chance from silver->jeweled is 1%. This can be increased to 2% with a talent called Jeweler.
The only way to get more jeweled chests is to kill more bosses faster or get silver drop increase(Ana).
Bossing Around talent removes monsters on boss areas for faster boss killing.
The only thing gold bonus can be good for is to get Ana silver chest bonus ability faster, need a lot of gold to get it at a early level.
