Here’s a handy dandy guide to writing up bug/technical issues. Please read entire thread for easy to use report templates
Sometimes bugs happen! They suck and they’re frustrating! When these occur we want to be able to resolve them as quickly as possible. The following is meant to help guide you to providing the most amount of information possible so we can resolve these pesky bugs FASTER!
Help us, help you! :D Let’s squish these little boogers!
**Ask yourself the following questions:**
• Have I read the known issues list? (It can be found with the patch notes and additionally from the FAQ [FAQ is accessible in-game])
• Did I search the forums?
• Have I tried basic trouble shooting techniques?
• Can I give a description to what occurred?
If you answered no to all of these questions, you should do these first and then come back!
**You have read the Known Issues list**
Awesome! Thank you so much for taking the time to read through our known issues list! If you found that the bug is on this list, please do not write it up again. This will avoid diluting the unknown bugs so we can find/fix them faster! It will also keep our teams working towards fixes/new features/etc. If you didn’t find the issue, move to the next question before writing up a new thread or report.
**I have search the forums!**
Sweet! Now you may or may not find the topic. Sometimes, forums are hard to find items, but typically these will be on the first 2-3 pages max.

I found it on pages 1-3. Cool, please make a comment on that thread to let us know you’re also experiencing this as well. Use one of the templates at the bottom of this thread for the information to post.
**What basic trouble-shooting should I try?**
These will solve a good 80% of reports.
Sometimes a piece of bad data just makes it through on your update. It’s inconvenient, but it happens. Here are basic tips for trouble shooting. They can be used for items like “All the sudden my characters legs aren’t appearing!”, “I can log in on my phone, but I can’t login on Facebook!”; “I updated and now nothing works!”;
There are a lot things that cause a lot of different items. A good indication that it’s something simple is when it’s only happening on a single platform. That’s always a good thing to note! Then, if it is on our side, we’ll know to look at that platform first.
**Additionally, these are the items that you will probably be asked to do first if you send a ticket.**
• Clearing you cache
• Mobile: Enter App Manager: Clear cache. This maybe slightly different on each device
• Web: Enter browser settings: Clear cache
• Unity Cache (for web): [https://unity3d.com/webplayer/setup](https://unity3d.com/webplayer/setup)
• Force close the app/Restart the app
• Restart your device
• Uninstall/Reinstall the game (be sure you link your account to not lose it.)
• Make sure you have 1GB or more of free space
• Make sure you have 1GM of RAM
• Update your OS to the latest version
• Update to the latest client version
• Be sure to play on a strong connection
**For connection issues:**
• Restart WiFi/Internet connection on device
• Restart Router
Ok, I’ve tried all of these and it still happens! That’s ok, now you probably have a good idea of how to reproduce the bug and we’ll need that information to solve it! Here are some templates/examples you can use to report your bug/issue!

When I enter the quest selection menu and select a quest with the auto-party feature on, the game does not automatically place a group of heroes that can complete the quest. I have tried this on the following quests: City Sewers, Ice Palace, and Ancient Ruins. It happens across all quests.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enter the Inn menu
2. Select a quest slot
3. Select a dungeon
4. Observe the automatic party does not meet power requirements

Produced: 7/10 times
This is just an example and details are key! The more information you can provide for us the easy it will be for us to locate the problem and get it fixed! While we test every build and test on all platforms, there are some bugs that slip through. Additionally, it wouldn’t be feasible to test each individual device that can play the game as there are thousands available! But we hope the when bugs occur we can swiftly solve these for you! Here are a few known issues and workarounds:
**Unity WebGL error:**
1. “out of memory”
This is Unity WebGL error. It is not unique to Shop Heroes. While we continue to work on items such as optimization on our end. This error will require an Unity update. For players, simply refreshing your browser should resolve this. Keep in mind: it will probably pop-up again in the future even after refreshing. We recommend playing on Unity WebPlayer on a supported browser for a smoother experience.
**Unity Error: An error occured running the Unity content on this page. See your browser’s JavaScript console for more info. The error was:
too much recursion**
Clearing your Unity and browser cache should resolve this error.

Connected game to kong from mobile and it deleted my game

i can't log into the Shop Heroes game from firefox, but i can get into the Kongregate site to access my account. ive deleted cache, reset browser, rebooted several times over the course of days, checked that unity is working. rebooted after checking unity. this only happens with firefox. it wont connect with the game at all. i have played many times with the Chrome browser and i can get into the game but get that annoying Unity Webgl error talked about so much but at least i can play awhile before having to clear cache again.
i welcome suggestions.

Linux 64 bit (LinuxMint; compatible with Ubuntu), Firefox 48.0, WebGL version, this error has been happening since Tuesday.
Before that, there was a different error message, `Quota exceeded` which was paired with awful performance and sudden freezes, and before that, the `Out of memory` errors. I'd prefer to go back to the `Out of memory` errors. Currently the game doesn't load at all on my system. A big white dialog box shows this message:

I just had a trade slot locked for three days when the message said the item was available to be removed normally (without penality).

I am really bugued since yesterday cant load the game I have no idea why, using firefox and the app, running smotthly before but now loading block at something like 85 %

Not sure if this is game bug or not, but I haven't been awarded the achievement badges even though I am level 20 with 128 blueprints unlocked?

Running out of memory. It says if you are developer allocate more memory to Open GL. I have 16 gigs of ram in my computer so I don't think its an issue on my end.

The Ranking/Leaderboards have not updated since yesterday for World data on cities' net worth/fame. Yes, the browser was refreshed, and computer even rebooted in the interim. Not the first time.

"Connection With Kongregate can not be established" Error
I am using Firfox ESR 45.4.0
Hitting the play button continuously reproduces.
I am shown as logged into Kongregate and I can chat with people, you can find me in Room 3

Regularly observing fatal errors upon the following sequence(100% repeatable):
1. Click to open Hero selection window.
2. Clicking on a Hero(any) to bring up the character detail popup.
3. **Rapidly** clicking on the right OR left arrow to cycle through Hero characters.
4. Cycling eventually stops/hangs.
5. Continuing to click.
6. Crash.
This generally results in a "Cloudcade Content" fatal error requiring reloading of the page, but sometimes produces a "Unity Plugin" crash reporting screen, also requiring a reload. This error does not occur using the similar Item detail popup through Inventory.

Using FF/Unity; all the usual stuff has been done(cache/reload/restart/reboot)... not a new problem. It has existed in one form or another for a while.
Also, Ranking leaderboard for cities STILL not updating. I have observed no changes since 10/18.

The hits keep coming:

The "Cloudcade Content" error now occurs regularly upon exiting the screen for building details from the character details page in the mission assignment interface. Like when you want to boost a building when looking at a character's data when sending them on a quest. Seems like this error, and the other player detail error is directly linked to the speed of user input. There is no reason for users to be able to get ahead of the program when it comes to input. Buffer it or something. Computers are much faster than people can possibly click a mouse. Looking back at the other thread, these errors(or at minimum errors that are strikingly similar) have been ocurring since at least August. It has gotten much worse of late.
Also, City Rankings under "World" on the leaderboard STILL have not updated, and have not since the 18th. That's 4 days now.

For some reason just on my last Ocarina that i started crafting out of the 7 i just started in the last hour or so the crafting time has gone up from about 6 hours 20 mins to 8 hours 7 mins. I have been crafting them all day and they were down to just over 6 hours not sure why all of a sudden the craft time has jumped up about 2 hours more on this one and its showing that craft timer on the info tab as well now where as all day its been just over 6 hours. I have not changed anything or remove any crafters or anything else so any answers? thank you
*Now its back down to 6 hours and 9 mins....... Not sure why it was bugged earlier today but its back to normal.

Okay this is the second day where my Ocarina craft time has gone up is there some kind of bug? Its down to 2 hours 54 mins then goes up to 3 hours 30 mins(i think roughly) now about an hour later back to 2 hours 54 mins not sure why its going up then back down when nothing is changing?
