You need to check your ads or something. I havn't had this happen with other games on kongregate. It leads to a tab that claims yatta yatta with a voice over and an annoying alarm clock sound that locks all tabs, prevents the browser from closing normally, and prevents tabs from closing (obviously).
You open task manager and force your browser to close, obviously. This is annoying shit though--booting your computer saves the tab via 'restore session' and relocks your browser the second you start it again. There's literally one fix to keep your browser being locked down by malware--task manager (and my delete key is broken, so fuck me lol...luckily i was able to still right click the taskbar, thank god).
Fix your shit kongregate/idle reactor.

sorry to say this dude, but if your browser has been doing that, theres a very high chance you got an adware or something like that, because this tab-locking is a common thing they do; if you wanna be sure, check your antivirus

This one page on this one site is the only place this has EVER happened
IE: I don't have adware malware.

There MIGHT be some malware on OP's computer (which doesn't get triggered by every page, but just some pages which have a certain hash or range of hash values - and RI is unlucky to hit that), but I'd blame today's software industry.
These days, the software industry is too focused on beating the "X features" mark set by a recent competing product, and not focused enough on meeting customer needs or to implement the features PROPERLY. A browser shouldn't randomly install suspicious stuff (which basically amounts to everything out there - if it was legit, it would bother to ask), and today`s OSes should have proper safety precautions.
An EXE from the internet shouldn't even have THESE rights by default and shouldn't be allowed to create/change ANY executable file unless explicitly whitelisted.
On a related note, a website shouldn't have the right to interfere with tab-related actions at all. That includes asking stupid questins instead of performing actions like closing tabs. (A whitelist might be acceptable here.)
