I’m stuck on this goal in Nicomedia. Can someone explain this? What did you do to meet the goal?
“Cut a leg, an arm, a head and disembowel within the same match”
What does cut mean? Is that a limb removal? Does this have to be done to the same gladiator?
Thanks I’ve tried a few times and it’s not working for me…

Disembowel is when you deal “catastrophic” damage to the body. To get all four, you have to get two of them on one of the enemies.

Hi. I also could not achieve this achievement for a long time.
To get this achievement, you need to:
1) attack 3 enemies at once (in my case, it was the opponents under the number 4 "Bacchus' Bruiser");
2) top line: cut off the opponent's leg (cut off, not wound), and then cut off his head;
3) mid line: cut off the opponent's waist;
4) bot line: cut off the opponent's hand, and then cut off his head.
At the end of the battle, you will be given this achievement.

Всем привет. Не мало времени было потрачено на получение данного достижения. Нормального пояснения нигде нет. Получил эту ачивку только благодаря видео на ютубе (ссылка ниже).
Получил данное достижение по следующей схеме:
1) напал сразу на 3-ех противников (№4, "Bacchus's Bruiser")
2) верхнему противнику отрубил руку, а после голову;
3) центральному разрубил талию;
4) нижнему противнику сначала отрубил ногу, а после голову.
По окончании боя вы получите данное достижение.
