How can you get Temples that close together? When I upgrade to temple, it consumes everything in its radius, which means that there's no way to get temples as close as shown in the video, let alone overlapping the icons.

Don't upgrade the super monkey's attack radius, and you can get them closer together as long as you keep the attack radius to not pass through the center of the temples around it. Once you upgrade one to a temple, you can upgrade the attack radius.
