Proposals are always welcome.
If you want to join COMDEV team and participate all the discussions and card tuning you should message Pandalicious!#3056 in Discord.
If you just want to see some particular cards to be buffed, just leave your message under one of the buff posts, it will be read anyway and will be taken into account among other comunity requests.
Just take a note that not all cards are reasonable to be buffed. Skills stack, meta relevantness, etc play a great role. So if you have an idea what skill values would be playable - post them - it will be easier to validate the idea, tune and put it into the release plan.

Does that mean in one of these posts/forums whenever buffs are anounced? or you mean in a COMDEV discord chanel?

I meant Kongregate's forum ofc. Also sometimes guys create post with voting, but it seems did not work well so far.

well then, i am going to place my suggestions here since i currently do not have the time to engage in a detailed debate (it took me ages to write that rant on the other forum), i will however place arguments as to why and some waypoints of what cards should be taken into account to measure for values (with some assumptions on the side since i do not have perfect information about the intentionality of previous buffs nor the distribution numbers for the usage of certain cards)
Talastrix
Ruins Analyzer
These are mainly to counter the growing trend of allegiance and avenge units by way of bravery + coa/zerk, values should take into account the fact that said avenge/allegiance units are getting faster (rot is 2, festersac is 2, blackmarsh got hastened to 3...etc). Ruins has the added bonus of armor to handle taking at least 1 hit before going down (in most cases or in some cases wall cards like virklaw), and Talastrix can aid in removing structures since said structures' hp seem to be purposefully geared to tank at least one of tiamat's 200, obsidian's 240 is serviceable although obsidian shines due to its evade (i think the particular hp-mortar scenario with the observatory was done on purpose so the structure can tank 1 hit) (and let's be honest, with revenge as prominent as it is, tiamat is usually killing itself before it can land its mortar by way of its skill order, which i voiced my opinions about before), either way, with how big counter/entrap is getting (and however many buffs you still want to give to drakuzoid/flyer) these 2 should be naturaly in check, mono imp would love ruins, and rainbow would have an excuse to bring back talastrix
Borra
I think i am not the only one thinking that borra needs a buff, it has a perfect skill set to navigate through the hunt/strike-laden fields (and the ocasional swipe) while taking out said opponents and providing a big body that replaces itself (absorb should take into account that the svarog legend has 300 so it should be higher), this should also counter the prominence of Y2s and drakuzoids
Minerva's Fortitude
This is what i would have wanted buffed instead of the 2nd drakuzoid buff, the absorb and armor should be nicely geared for both its purpose and the meta, since the rally coming from obsidian/assasin is quite prevalent and quick 0-delay action card-like units take full advantage of it, and this card's armor should be able to wall the hit, besides, the absorb/stasis of recent units is making it quite hard to pierce through, so a huge hunt from this unit should make players question the spam of these since even if there is a punishment attacking/killing these big/slow bodies, the fortitude should be able to tank it no problem
Tricettar
The meta outright needs this card imo, it has a perfect skill set for both surviveability and countering the trends of contemporary play, armor, mortar all, and absorb should ensure this card lives, resist the strike/hunt/counter thrown its way, and destroy structures, then striking enemies after said structures are gone (obviously the closest match is svarog, and mortar should take out at least oreworks upon activation (btw i did voice that the oreworks buff was too much) but i do think the attack should not be as high and weigh more in favor of its skills)
Infested Carapce
Also a card that can be both a counter to the avenge/allegiance units while being a threat to structures (and in their absence...the squishy 1-delay glass cannons), and a vindi that very much could use a buff since refresh and subdue have been very under-represented in the meta so it'd bring more variety to it and since refresh cannot be inhibited, it'd also provide a check to virklaws or other inhibit units made to prevent rally/heal/protect from grayfox's base camp, on attacked skills or your 0-delay support, also refresh could wall units who rely too much on 1 big hit, or who rely on obsidian's huge rally to get their damage done
you can also consider buffing: markadian, therion, prixis: I am sure they'd see a lot of play and since they are relevant progs who'd make an impact in the meta given how it favors scavenge/evade/powerful attacks
