Useful F2P OL isn't something to shake a stick at.
Sure the HP of Serapherus is a problem,but if you dropped down one of those Avalanche Mutant reward cards or a Bunker Builder you would be golden.
If anything,Sunder and Jam on commanders is more bullshit.
Those abilities gimp any of your important cards that don't have evade.
