For the first mission I had an about 30% winrate (that's an estimate, didn't sim) with Tetrapede Volt, Yaguku Nestmaker x2, Sammaloth and Hurkol Bloodvessel. Any dominion and Imperator Halcyon.
You either start with Tetrapede (optimally) into double Nestmaker into Bloodvessel, or you start with Bloodvessel into double Nestmaker into Tetrapede. Still has about a 30% chance to die instantly, but otherwise performs decently
