In version v2.58.9 I fixed a bug with 'normal' summoned structures.
Their delay was reduced in the same turn in which they were summoned.
(doesn't affect eranore or unit summon)
The Raider vindi winrate might still be higher as TU has absorb bugs. eg. Revenged strike bypasses absorb and wrong enfeeble + absorb interaction.

Thanks for the clarification. I suspected it was that, the GitHub release title was quite self-explanatory, but I wanted a confirmation.
I hope devs fix these Absorb bugs, it is really unpleasant to see my Mornak die to Enfeeble Strike/Revenge when it shouldn't.

I'm just coming out of retirement after a couple of years. Thank you for all of you continuing to maintain TUO. Is there anyone that compiles a batch of the top 500 brawlers, or something similar? If so, could I bribe them to share that batch?

Thank you for the link. I'm looking for a gauntlet of the top decks based on the current meta, whatever that is at this time. That is what we used to do for our guilds brawl simulations, and it was a great batch to Sim against to test out new fusions and deck combinations.

I don't know if this is a bug or if it's intended, but I noticed while monitoring the cpu usage on my new amd processor, when I use the modes climb, or reorder, the number of threads in use on my cpu is accurate to the threads I put down as a flag, but when I use the mode, climbex, no matter how many threads I put down as a flag, it will still only make use of 1 single thread on my cpu.

@saholiday Do you give two parameters to climbex? climbex takes a first start-sim itterations count and a final itterations count. eg. climbex 10 1000.
TUO uses only one thread when you use less than 10 itterations. (in every mode)

Yep, that was the culprit, I didn't realize climbex took more than 1 parameter. :)

Future Releases will contain the 64 and 32 bit debug versions of TUO. They are slower and bigger than the normal versions, but you can inspect the steps of the simulation (you need to use 'debug' instead of 'climb'/'sim' and tick the debug checkbox).
I recommend you to put ' > out.txt' in the flags field, because there is much debug output. This will save the output in out.txt.

I downloaded tuo for the first time. I went through 5 steps to prepare it for windows. I keep running to this porblem:
Error: Unknown option "dominion setting"
I tried setting dominion setting to all 3 available ones and in all cases it would write the name of selected option. I am unable to do anything with tuo as result, maybe someone knows what I should do to fix problem?

For me the files from tuo.v2.58.14_32.64_bit.zip are working fine. For windows you just need to download the zip and run the Starter in it.

You need to set a correct bge = Effect field (the default is 1, but that doesn't exist)

I did it but the same error persists.
I have Windows 7, I use Lithuanian localization (most of English words are translated to Lithuanian, not sure if this has an effect).
My pc laptop is 64 bit, 8 GB ram, I have intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6200U CPU @ 2.30 Ghz 2.30 Ghz
I tried to run as administrator and not as one, both attempts failed.
I have downloaded Tuo to my download folder, does it need to be in program and files folder?
I don't know what's wrong, so am just listing anything that comes to my mind, hope it helps.

The folder doesn't matter, can you screenshot the error you get when you run it with Fortification as effect?

Same problems, I don't think that any other effect has an issue, only dominion. I tried setting all 3 different dominion settings and it would respond with Error: unknown option "dominion option chosen"

Your starter says that you are using a very outdated version 54.2, while current is 58.14. How did you get it?

The folder my starter was had name of newest version, so I thought it was up to date.I don't remember what exactly I clicked to download it, but it was following download links in 1st post and then I clicked something which seemed like newest version but wasn't. I went back and clicked to download tuo.v2.58.14_32.64_bit, I downloaded it and it seems to work so far. Thanks for the help.

To get it straight, please correct me if I am wrong at the points bellow.
To get an optimized deck, it cant be for every event/campaing/mission.
So we must try to find a specific deck for each one of the above.
We create the ownedcards.txt with all of our cards that may lead to a better card, (not common or rare that lead to null).
We create the customdecks.txt with the current gauntlet.
We enter our preffered Commander in My Deck (if I leave it empty I get an exception when running a sim)
Then we first use Operation "Climb" (with Order:Random) to get the best deck for the type of opponet we want, meaning:
TUO Mode:
1) For "Battle/Mission", we use the current Gauntlet as opponent with Operation Climb to get the best deck, or the name/number of the mission we want to beat.
2) For "GW" (guild war), we use the current Gauntlet as opponent with Operation Climb to get the best deck.
3) For "Brawl", we use the current Gauntlet as opponent with Operation Climb to get the best deck.
4) For "Raid", we use as opponent the raid name as stated in the Raids.xml
5) For "Campaign" we use as opponent the name of the Campaign or mission?
6) For "CQ/Surge" what we use as opponent with climb to get the optimal results?
After that, we do the same but we enter in the My Deck the full deck that resulted on the previous step and we choose Operation:Sim and we increase the Iterations to get better results (maybe 20000 or more).
Lastly, if we are satisfied with the results we place the new ordered deck in the "My Deck" and we choose Operation "Reorder" to get the best order of cards that we use when playing manually.
The Fund (meaing SP we have availabe) parameter is used to try and upgrade/fuse some other cards that may be available thru our own cards and use them in the process.

Could you be more specific on the situation.
Because there is one specific interaction which is legal (intended or not?) which happens ONLY in the Oath-of-Loyalty BGE.
Normally if you have a Card A (with A) and Card S (summon), the interactions should work as follows:
Play Card A
Play Card S, Summon shows up -> Card A gets Allegiance once.
During the Oath BGE it works the same as above... but different if like this:
Play Card S and summon shows up
Play Card A (card A gets Allegiance TWICE).
