... and I found a minor (reborn) bug Dr. F3LL: funds.
I added the following to the endlines to a sim: *fund 900 anneal 500 100 0.001*
And later *fund 900 climb 1000*
In both cases the sim worked but the fund limitation was not respected, reaching 5K, 7K during the sim.

You sure Fortify works correct in TUO?
TUO is telling me the raid is weaksauce or sims are wrong.

Kalihmah Raid is not correct - always_include and card_pool won't work together - you have to remove one
<always_include>
<card_pool amount="10">
<card replicates="3">58658</card>
<card replicates="3">58668</card>
<card replicates="3">58678</card>

Провел больше 30 боев и не разу не вышли все карты по 3 раза. Думаю что вот так должно быть:
<raid>
<id>50</id>
<name>Kalihmah Raid</name>
<levels>26</levels>
<commander>25928</commander>
<fortress_card id="18598"/>

@Joe83 are you sure that the deck you use for climbing is in the used ownedcards.txt? Else TUO will add the funds needed to build the initial deck.

... and yet another secret flag someone pointed out to me (thanks Zebraf!): +hm
With this you can handle those sims where you win against 3 decks 100% and 2 decks 5%. The sim will try to search for a deck which has a high winrate averaged among all opposing decks.
Again notice it is "+hm" and not "-hm"
Good luck with your sims!

Great explanation. I've seen the flag but never understood its use.
What I want is a flag that will throw away opponents below a certain threshold. So I don't even bother trying to optimize/order my cards vs a deck that I can only win 5% --that just messes up the optimization for all of the other opponents in a gauntlet.

I have downloaded it, unpacked and tried to follow the instructions on the Kong forum.
When I hit "update xmls", I get like 60-80 error windows one by one with info for example "error downloading fusion recipes or mission levels, cards section , etc."
Anyone knows what could be the problem? I assume that I am missing some files, but where to get them? And how/where to add them?

I am no expert, but, since I have used that in 3 computers so far, and haven't any such problems, I conclude at the following cases:
* make sure you have downloded the latest archive and extracted it fully (you have a data folder in the folder).
* connection problems (router, domain policy restrictions e.t.c.)
* your antivirus prevents it from downloading the data.
* your firewall prevents it from downloading the data.

^ one of these must be the culprit

This option is dangerous. It could cause your deck to be worse as all decks except one, against which you win, gets filtered, resulting in 100% and no further optimization. It would require a limit of filtered/ignored decks (eg. not more than 25%). Nonetheless i think gauntlet of the correct strength mostly eliminates your problem.

I see your point DR_F3LL --basically unchecked, I might throw away too many gauntlet decks.
I actually do this process manually when I try an intensive sim.
1. I'll take my sim results
2. rerun them as a reorder sim against all decks in the gauntlet individually
3. throw away any gauntlet decks where I have a pathetic WR.
4. resim the new gauntlet
Its a lot of work, but I tend to like the results

@DR_F3LL, can you explain what does `flexible` mode mean?
|
|
|
metadata
Flexible mode sims for each turn which of the options to play is the best and plays it.
In detail:
Every turn you have 3 (or less) cards to choose from to play.
Flexible will simulate what happens when you play one of those 3 cards (remaining cards are played by random). [A simulation in the simulation]
The card with the highest score/winrate gets played.
Pro:
* More realistic simulation, due to dynamic order instead of a static/random order.
* Includes (multiple-)dynamic combos in playstyle.
* Simming enemies with flexible order represents a more realistic random defense vs a manual offense.
Con:
* Long(er) sim time, because every simulation iteration takes ~10*flexible-iter--times simulations. (=> Maybe better as finalization after ordered climb)
Options:
* 'flexible' : instead of ordered/random-order
* 'enemy:flexible' : instead of ordered/random-order
* 'flexible-iter X' : sets the number of iterations to X for the simulation which card should be played (default=20)
Notes:
* The output is not ordered, that means you need to figure out how to play this deck yourself.
* Before simming vs a gauntlet, better get a feeling for it vs a single deck.
* Values for normal iteration and (default-)flexible-iter are not optimized (yet), just test and see how tuo responds.

If I understand this correctly, it means that to replicate the results you need to have perfect knowledge for each turn what would be the best card to play. i.e. if I get a lot of debuffs and I have a revenge card I should play it, when is advantagous to take out a tower vs. killing a unit, etc. Basically this mode seems really good for people that have the skill to play smart, but not great for people who play more casually.
