same/worse today, seems the only thing working for me is 99-100 NM, got into public after a few attempts w/ my 93 assault, left and retried, can't get back in.

totally fkd for my 93 character, typically i get a Full Boost perk and can't use it to help level up :-/
for my 100 chars, only NM ranked is working.
EDIT - seems to be working now...

Ye, umm... The problem is that the game isn't loading and that you've cucked us by not doing anything to fix any problems the playerbase has.
Possible solutions:
1. Maybe update Adobe Flash on the computers in your offices.
2. And maybe even, JUST MAYBE, start caring about your playerbase.
