Hmm, theres a few things i can think of to help
* New game modes ((TDM,Survival, etc))
* A longer story line with maybe 2 chapters ((Up to you))
* Add in some Bots for offline story modes, maybe bring back the Buddy system from SaS 3
* New Zombies! (((Stuff like Insects, Charing ones, etc))
* Different guns, some Modern, some Futuristic
* Different Models, dont just use the same gun and update the graphics :'/ thats a Treyarch move
* Continue with Supply drops but make them easier to uptain ((the lower ones of course))
* Possibly add in more depth, give your character choices ^~^
Theres alot more i can think of but, ima let the creators take care of it, Bya~

Personally I think that adding clans (would allow ability to have "clan wars" or something of the sort), as well as for singleplayer having configurable team-mates (Able to set their classes/give them armor/weapons [basically having the existing alternate characters help in missions]).
Crazier ideas: Putting it into "2.5D", not full 3D, setting up multiple (regional) servers so lag is mitigated, allow dual weilding: Such as Riot shield & SMG, or dualies. Possibly a fully Melee class?
Anyways all this was likely already said, but I'll atleast set some creative juices flowing for more ideas.

PLEASE add mic chat! It would be so helpfulll! So much times I got in front of tons of zombies and couldn't ask for help. And also, add more modern guns like AK-47 and also maybe old ones like from WW2 and stuff.

Well, there are many ideas, though the ones I can think of right now are few, and I don't know how feasible they are.
* Bots. I really like the idea of being able to have a full squad experience, even if I'm alone.
* Voice Chat, that beeing said, I can probably just use Discord for that.
* A new class. At least one, and actually, I think only one would be good. It would allow to have a squad that covers all fields, though you would likely have to change those fields. I'll come back with ideas on that once I unlock my third char slot and use the tank class.
* New weapons. Though, I don't mean that you should make modern and futuristic and historical weapons. No, forget that, pick an era and stick with it, makes it flow. I mean new weapons for each weapon teir. There could be some weapons that only start showing up around Red weapons, not having a standard variant, and some weapons that only show up around Black weapons.
* New grenade types. Fire, piercing, shock (does electric DMG and slows cyborg/combot enemies, if they are in the next game).
* New enemy types and lore. I am a sucker for lore and stuff, but the new enemy types would really spice up the gameplay. Right now, the most diversity from the plan "SHOOT IT 'TIL IT DIES!"-Corvo the Great, SAO Abridged, is when a boss comes. The plan then turns into "shoot, RUN, shoot, frag!" in most cases. If we could get enemies that makes us change tactics, then that would make it really interesting. That said, I'm still trying to figure out how to do this. :/
* Melee. Just a quick **whap** with the stock, kind of like Halo. The Assault class can still have a much better melee, using a knife or even matchete or something along those lines. Don't put a katan in there though. It could slice through reality. (haha.... that's funny.... someone..... please laugh)
* Some *interesting* weapons. Like a grappling hoke. It could shoot to a wall and bring you to it, hit a light enemy and bring it to you, hit a heavy enemy and bring you to it. You could then use melee to finish them off or to get yourself out of trouble.
* A fix on lag, I know, you're probably tired of these, but it is a serious problem when you are getting hit and **there's nothing there.**
* Maybe some unique powerups that last for one match. Like one that allows you to sneak past zombies, unless you attack them. Maybe one that gives you a short armor boost that is eaten away (pun most definitely intended). Maybe these as deployables could be a good 20th skill [there are 19 skills already, including the unlockable one, and as we have 100 lvls (not including the 8 extra you get for the upgrade bonuses), so I assume there will be 20 in the end].
* Finally, story. I love stories in games, and I think that this game is good, but I've seen relatively little story. That's not a negative, but not a positive either, it's just an observation. If it had a full story with some short comic book style cutscenese, then that would be awesome. I did see one cutscene when I first played Vacine, but I never saw it again or a cutscene anywhere else.
This is a great game, and I'm sure the next one will be too. I'm just throwing out ideas because that's what I do.

les lag rancore turrents like acid or disc and 3d maby but if anything pls lass lag and more wepons and make black boxes a little bit easer to open and put add more zombie types

An open world experance on 1 giant map. Each building has a random chance of having anything in or around the ZONE LEVEL you are in. [so no level 80+s at the start getting free easy super loot] certan buildings would have more chances to find certan items like an armory would have a higher chance of higher grade armors of the owner of the building, say HVM owns the armory, have fun with carbon fiber with lots of mods.
