Hello,
I’ve been looking for a thread with bugs and glitches and such, and since I found none, I thought that I should create one.
So, what you’re supposed to post here is pretty obvious, if you come across a bug, glitch, or just something that you think is not supposed to happen, please post them here, so the devs can fix them.

An Energized Reload cuts 2 hours off the recharge time for Energize.

After ascending I got to level 161 where completing 159 was the furthest I finished. I didnt get my level 160 gilded hero. Might be because I ascended. I dont know.

I just tried this. Energize=\>Reload just goes back 1hr on Dark Ritual and doesn’t redo energize. This doesn’t seem to do anything but waste an energize.

It works energize #1, dark ritual, energize #2, reload will try to refresh the 1st energize timer (which has already been refreshed) as well as subtracting 1 hour from dark ritual. The timer for energize #2 is not affected. So energize will still be running its second timer. The game considers each use of a skill distinct, therefore the last energize can never be reloaded.
Same thing happens when you try dark ritual + reload + reload. The second reload tries to refresh the first reload’s timer which has already been refreshed. But since the second reload is distinct, its timer will not be refreshed.
The correct way to do this is energize + dark ritual + reload + energize + reload. The first reload deducts 1 hour from dark ritual, and the second reload deducts an hour from both the refreshed reload (does nothing) and dark ritual giving a net of two hours deducted from dark ritual.

I think I follow but I’m not sure. If what you’re saying is true, why not do Energize =\> Dark Ritual =\> Reload =\> Reload. Would that not accomplish the same thing? It seems you’re wasting an energizer in there.

Derailed a bit from bugs, but then, how do multiple energizes work?
Would Energize – Energize – Dark Ritual produce a 2×2×0.05 = 0.2 increase in damage (20%) or a .05+.05+.05 = .15 (15%) increase in damage?

To correct myself. In energize + dark ritual + energize + reload, the reload (because it is energized) will affect the dark ritual and the skill before the first energize (which is already refreshed). Any energizes in the sequence are always skipped over by reload. I tested this with dark ritual + energize + reload + energize + reload. Both reloads affected dark ritual. Which means that while reload is counted in the last two skills, energize is never counted. This is likely just a technicality as there seldom is a situation that one would want to skip over two energizes that couldn’t be simplified by only using one energize.

You were right that Dark Ritual + Reload +Reload does absolutely nothing on the second reload but waste your skill. Essentially Energize + Dark Ritual + Reload Takes it down to 1hr to reload. Then the only way to take it down again is to use no skills for 15mns and use Energize + Reload to get the 45mns remaining on Dark Ritual taken off. The pattern is E\>D\>R\>E\>R | E\>D\>R\>E\>R …Etc… You will get 1.1x each half hour + your initial one.

Not sure if its a bug or intentional but I’ve noticed Cid the Helpful Adventurer doesn’t get the X4 damage each 25 levels.

The gilded heros are still pretty new and rather unbalanced. Because cid works so differntly I just ran the assumption they are likely going to give “her” a bonus down the road, but are trying to figure out how they want to balance that with the rest of the team.

Somehow the hero soul bonus for dps and click damage is not working for me.
With achievements I have a starting click damage of 315 with the hero soul bonus of +530% (in my case) it should be around 1984,5, same goes for dps of the heroes. I hope , that this is an error to be fixed. Thanks in advance!

hero souls only affect heroes, compare a level-1 hero between ascensions and you’ll see the difference. with 138 HS my Cid was 62 damage per click and my treebeast was 460, with 149 it became 66 damage per click from Cid and 494 from treebeast.

i unlocked ma zhu….but not anyone after him untill the general guy and frost leaf, i even got one of the missing heroes in between gilded and she still doesnt show up, its just a big blank space so im at beach level 136 and i still cant ascend :/

Are you sure you compared right? A difference of 11 HS would be an additional 110% damage, so your TreeBeast should be doing 966 dmg..
From what you’ve reported, you’re only doing an extra 34 dmg. with an extra 11 HS, which wouldn’t even be a mere 10% increase.

a difference of 11 HS would be an additional 110% damage, **if you had 0 HS before** but since i had 138 it’s the difference between 1380% bonus damage and 1490% which is still only about 8% total increase.

I’m pretty sure that the Super Levelupper achievement is impossible to get. It resets after each Amenhotep reset. I currently have 172 hero levels and must have cumulatively upgraded over 500k levels but I don’t see how I could go much beyond 25k hero levels in one universe.

Sorry. I just realised I wrote hero levels instead of souls.
I have 172 hero souls and get up to almost 20K hero levels without the Amenhotep reset. If I carried on for a few weeks I expect I could get it up to 25k or so. But I don’t see how I could get it all the way to 100K. It would need every hero to be at level 4000 on average.
If it is supposed to carry over to the next universe, then it isn’t for me. I have easily made over 500K hero levels whilst building the 172 hero souls.

> Nah it doesn’t take weeks. I just got it earlier today, took a day or two from 20k. And yeah, you need to get 100k during one ascension. It’s currently out of reach unless you cheat or had 100k heroes before the price increased and never ascended.
you can also just throw enough money at the game, i’m sure you’d get there if you spent 1000$ on gilding and speed ups :P
