If you have any questions or there is anything you don't understand, just ask here. I will answer it and put into a FAQ.
Q: How to get more ingredients?
A: From winning cooking duels. Each area from 5 onwards will give you one set ingredient. If you win a battle against a challenger, you will receive a random ingredient until you have all possible ingredients. Currently there are 118 different ingredients ingame.
Q: How do you gain secrets for recipes?
A: Fight challenger battles. You will receive difficulty +1 secrets for the recipe you use in this battle if you win. If you lose, you will still receive 1 secret.

lol didn't notice there was the forum, better starting using this than the normal chat..
first : how can we get more ingredient? just from battle?
second: i just stated and you answered about, fairy mascot problem, cloth problem in customize, and fast reastaurant and luxury, so this part i know when you got time you will work on that.
third: i did a previous post, but if you can make some tool to check better what ingredient we will get before trying lot of combo it will be appreciated (example if you put 2 part of meat how much quality go down ect ect, coz everytime trying to see the result is kinda tedious) suggestion you can do something like when you equip some armor and you see the different stat of your main character.
fourth: secret in the challenger battle we can receieve secret for all our dish or only the dish that we receive from the variuos fight?
fifth: explain better how much it increase all the stuff, secret give 0,2 per quaility like research, but is not very weel explained the speed research, i think it will only increase the sale speed, while for preparation during battle that i think it depend by only your stat in training, but also there the sinergy is not well expalined.
sixth: expalin better what every trait increase or decrease, i mean i did a battle in challenge, we both choose chicken leg, and i did more than him but his stat from the judge were 10 times higher than mine, so just a better explanation on what we have to increase (until now i get just that quaility is a major factor and maybe also overall stat, but the other stuff are not very easy to figure out by ourself with trial and error) i think in this point that maybe speed reasearch don't give more point in battle, but theme research yes (this also is not explained) basically we need kinda more info on the overall difference of stat and what we do, there is lot in the game and is very peculiar but with some patience i think it will be a great game!

I added two of your questions to the FAQ. Most of the other points are more suggestions. It would be better if you post suggestions to the suggestions thread in the future to not mix up suggestions with questions. But like I wrote already on the comments, I will see what I can do to make it a bit easier in the future. And some things are not finished ingame yet. I will probably need to balance the speed in battle a bit more. Currently presentation is always at 0.5 which should also be a bit dependent on stats and stuff. When I rework this a bit, I will try to explain it better on the tooltips.
As for what theme researches do, I think the game explains that quite well if you mouse over the "Theme" header.

so theme research don't give any boost in battle? (it give just 0,5% on sale speed, sorry i din't notice the info) however still don't get how some battle work, i mean how the challenger with less stat than mine can receive so outrageous point from judge and also score? in the battle where you receive the chili soup, for battling the chef, i had to get my dish up to 100 on reasearch quality, and when i got his dish it was nothing particular, with a meh of stat, (i though at start that maybe he got more sweet or sour or ect and that why judge give him so much, but it was completely plain a range total of 0,90 of everthing) and also the quality was only 30 when i had 100..
so theme don't help you in battle, reaserch speed don't help you in battle,so just quality your total stat and the fairy,(but since i got way more quality, way more fairy and way more stat) i am missing probably something...?

also the inflation and buy cost is kinda weird, if you increase inflation, all food cost more and that's is normal, but if you reduce the buy cost but keep the inflation high, you don't receive benefit for lowering the buy cost, or after some testing, more buy cost and more fast you sell (where the heck? why? where is written?) so basically is better to not reduce the buy cost at all...
example: more inflation with normal buy cost of 100% great difference between the cost of ingredient and what you receive back. (normal)
more inflation with higher buy cost like 300% reduced difference between the cost of ingredient (that' normal) and lower max price (that is not normal since it should be influenced only by the max inflation) and also it get faster selling (is not written anywhere)
normally if inflation is 1000% you sell what you sell at 85 at 850, and the material grow at same pace, augmentin inflation but decreasing the cost, it should be that the price you sell remain augment and material cost stay same, here happens something different and is not absolutely expalined...
is like if you decrease buy cost you got slower and get more profit per sell but in the overall you lose some profit since you get much slower... is kinda not bad but at least expalin and maybe next time i will not invest medal cooking in reducing buy cost to normal value!
i really don't get how it work, basically inflation increase the overall price of everything and that is selfexplained, but what the use of lower buying cost if you get less benefit... really you need to check some stuff and explain better some mechanism..

As for the judge points, the latest update added a tooltip with info about how they score.
Hm yes currently the sell speed is calculated from ingredient cost compared to sell price. So less ingredient cost would mean less sell speed. I guess I need to change that a bit.

Hello, can you clarify: is there an upload button for my exported ITRTG score, or does it not apply to this game? (solved)
Also, for later, will you add an export button to take Idle Cooking Emperor progress to ITRTG?
EDIT: Found the import button after my first retirement under the "Stats" tab. :)

There is an export button from this game where you can get a pet in ITRTG. It is unlocked in the stats tab after you beat area 30.

1) How cooking medals upgrades (ingredient quality and freshness) and fairy of combi+ (green plan) affect challengers?
2) How can i see effectivenes of recipe without secrets and upgrades?
3) I see there are upgrade for increasing secrets for work in your restarauns, but i don't understand mechanics of base process that this upgrade upgrades. i do understand that you need to work on your restaraunt, but how often than secrets gain occurs? and what happens when you have more recipes for upgrade then dishes in your restaraunt? if it is once per hour and timer resets each time i change working place, i want to see that timer.
4) Does waiters affect bet amount in challengers section? i assume thet income upgrade affects bet amount, but waiters don't. is that correct?

1) It doesn't affect them.
2) Not really visible, but it is mostly determined by combi, taste and weight.
3) Hm I thought I wrote this somewhere ingame, but can't find it now. I will make it more visible. It is 1% chance to get 1 secret every minute for the first dish at base. This can be upgraded to up to 10 dishes starting from top to bottom. So with 10 dishes in the menu and maxed upgrades, you will get at average a bit more 14 secrets every day as passive gain. You can get more from challenger battles.
4) It is determined by 30 min * difficulty of average income since the retirement.

I have looked at the wiki and around the game but was unable to find an answer for these. So I hope I did not just miss the answers.
1. Does the autofight gained from the Pupil's Pupil Challenge work while offline?
2. If two fairies have the same ability does it work additively or multiplicatively? Example: Two Fairies with Battle at 100% do they add together leading to a 3x total score, or does the one make it 2x and then the second make it 4x?
3. Does the combination ability of the Green Plant pet bonus help against challengers?
4. Changing themes gets rid of secrets, but if the second theme upgrade is purchased does adding said second theme remove secrets as well?

Since dishes using Mandragora give your pets food poisoning, are you going to introduce a feature to exclude recipes from being fed to pets? I had to feed several pets with them before I could read all the text of the pop up. I would also increase how long those pop ups stay active for that reason.

Which multipliers ? Pupil Multipliers ? WTF does it exactly mean ? Will all my cooking medal progress be lost ? Will all my building progress be lost ? Will all Fairy Multipliers/Progress be reset ?
Or what does it mean ??
