Sure is expensive. I wish they would cut you a deal to unlock everything.
Anyway, is there an absolute answer to this? Are the time and class specific morale bonuses pretty important to get? Does difficulty affect morale?

Suicide Pacifist Paladin don’t try to fight anything just move around people and get as far as you can you get a bunch of xp and 25% more morale because of the suicide

Not sure if trolling. I tried that and it was a nightmare. Any other suggestions?

I have always thought that the wizard had some good ability to gain morale, just remember that gold and kills increase the amount you gain.

Yea, its almost impossible to evade all the monsters in suicide mode… you also need to loot as well.
Maybe play tower…

Charging through easy with a default wizard or ranger is pretty decent, those have been giving me my best return so far. Or you could run around in suicide looking for gold, only stopping to kill archers. Haven’t gotten around to trying the paladin yet though.

Correction: Tier 5 potion
The problem on carapace is it will make your stealth to -1, I tried to make a bunch of tomes and I only got stealth ones, I always get useless Defense boost and less useful HP boost… My run ends on Twr-98 because of that. The lack of attack stat also became my problem.

Well using Paladin with righteous furty is amazing, like awesomesause175 said, it gives 20 morale per kill in combo, if you are in a group and activate holy armour, you could kill the group in an instant, Plus if you consecrate a weapon with high damage earlier on, it pretty much guarantee you a one shot skill on early towers.

bad advice here shitpost
My first run was on suicide difficulty cuz I didn't want to venture too far and get lost in complexity. I got through a stage, died, and noticed the 50 morale for going through an exit didn't receive any multiplier. If you've got insane apm, start warrior with "backup plan", immediately press hotkey to use the scroll of blink, rush through exit if teleport landed you far enough, otherwise restart.
I noticed that even when holding a key down, be it space or some directional key, there's a delay/animation between actions. The player's speed stat relative to enemies decreases how many turns they can take during that time, but doesn't shorten the animation the player has to sit through.
If an enemy moves twice between my turns, it'll just speed up their animation instead of making me wait longer than normal.
Verify this by starting warrior with bonecracker on suicide difficulty, without getting constant bubbling rage (2 speed), then finding a (10 speed) bandit captain in open area, and holding a direction key to run away from them. You can also test this by waiting in place, cuz a new "Wait" text pops up over your head before the last one can fade, and you can see that their spacing remains even despite enemies moving twice occasionally.
The build I settled on was constant bubbling rage (for the attack stat) + bonecracker + suicide. I neglected berserk skill cuz having to click on it every time it charges up is tiring, albeit not as much as having to select a target, like when wizard casts fireball. In later stages there are tanky ogres that take precious time to kill, so you don't want to survive that far. If you delete a save, no morale is earned, so there's a point to having a character that doesn't take too long to kill. I decided against easy mode, cuz the ankh sends me back to the beginning of a stage, which is usually already cleared, and forces me to walk through that empty area before I can encounter more enemies.
remember, this is just for mindless grinding, and won't get you far

Blade mastery with thief on the tower. Focus on damage then stealth then speed with practice and patience it is easy enough to get to nearly floor 100 occasionally over.

Next best is paladin with blunt consecrated weapon. If you get instant strike skill it causes sleep add holy rage and you get lots of inta kills. Focus on speed then health then faith.

Unique way to farm Morale
Paladin
Perk: Purifier (Gain 10 morale from righteous fury/judgement kills)
Gear: Any gear, it doesn't matter (i used standard gear on the pic)
Steps:
1. Go to Tower
2. Get Judgement Skill (Also try to consecrate and specialize a weapon, and find good skills with it)
3. Get other good skills, I recommend Sleep skill but not Dispel (it shatters elementals, ruining the whole point of this)
4. Find Conjurers or Attack Merchant. (I recommend Conjurer cuz its basically harmless and spawn in a level more than once)
5. Wait for Elementals to spawn, Mark with Judgement and Kill (If Purple one, wait for it to clone itself for maximize profit)
7. Rinse and repeat :D

As shown in the picture, im currently using this skill setup (Holy Light, Fear, Shadow Walk, Sleep, Judgement)
1. Holy Light - for defense (Holy armour might be just as good, i had nothing to use my point that time so i just upgraded it :p)
2. Fear - for crowd control (so enemies will not surround you). It also recharge decently faster than other skills.
3. Shadow Walk - for my dagger specialty (If you use Mace/Axes, maybe get Bless Weapon/Berserk skill instead)
4. Sleep - so you can kill them faster and not kill yourself faster (they can't block and attack while sleeping)
5. Judgement - for farming morale, and to heal a bit of health after getting damaged by Elementals.
Current Strategy with these method:
1. Conjurer spawns an unaware Elemental
2. Cast Sleep on them. Skip Step 4 if Elemental didn't resisted.
3. Cast Judgement on Elemental.
4. Run away from enemy's sight and Cast Shadow Walk.
5. Kill it with Back Stab.
6. Recover your skills cooldown.
7. Repeat
