# Bug, Game, and Payment Support

1. In-Game Username.
2. Device.
3. Operating System version.
4. Details about the problem.
**If you are missing a purchased item (shards, box item, etc), please send us a copy of the digital receipt along with the above requirements.**

# We would like to introduce a new reward program for bug reporting.
Players that send in details that help us find exploits, game play bugs, and visual glitches will be rewarded with Dust or Shards.
The magnitude of the reward will depend on the scale of the bug and *we will only be awarding reports that provide new information*. However, feel free to send bug reports that may have already been reported, as it will help us get an idea of how widespread certain bugs are.

Remember that it is important to include quality information when reporting an issue, with as much detail as possible. Here are some of the details we’re looking for when you submit:
- A clear description of the issue.
- What about the outcome is wrong.
- What the expected outcome is.
- If possible, steps to reproduce the issue.
- If they are helpful, screenshots of the effects of the issue.
- If relevant, information about the device and operating system you are playing on.
Reports must be sent into [support](https://support.synapsegames.com/) and not as a post on the forums to qualify for an award.

**New/Current:**
* Battles on Duskwillow and Scylla might freeze before battle resolution.
* New items/cards in Emporium may show prices of items previously in that spot. Refreshing will correct this.
* Some players report that Bounty Timers are not moving and get stuck at “0”
* Some runes display the wrong skills or no skills being upgraded in the embed preview screen when combined with specific cards.
* Enlarged “Open Again” button may occur when it’s been clicked on many times within a short amount of time.
* When invisibility activates and blocks a skill, the card may stay transparent.
* When collecting multiple quests at once, the visuals can appear in a clunky manner, but all rewards are being correctly deposited.
* After a new install or on older devices, card images may initially load incorrectly. This will fix itself with time or by refreshing the app.
* Rewards from events or ShardBots may visually appear to give all items twice, but they are only being distributed once.
* The map background on the airship may disappear until tapping on ‘adventure’.
* Imbue values may display incorrectly when combined with ‘Enhance.’
* You may need to toggle Bulk Salvage Rares back on when switching platforms.
* Status effects may visually disappear from cards when the camera moves (most common in arena. Can happen with effects like Freeze, Poison, and Scorch)
* Rewards in reward preview do not accurately reflect the player’s current rank
** Device Specific Issues:**
* Android – Some older Samsung Galaxy model phones don’t run very smoothly.
* Android - Keyboard may not display text in preview (guild chat, renaming decks, other areas). This can be fixed by updating or changing the Android keyboard for the device
*Android - Difficulty with game starting past the load screen. Please submit your device information to support as it’s currently being investigated.
* Steam - UI elements may not display correctly when changing resolution.
* WebGL - Out of Memory - you can clear your browser’s cache as a temporary solution.
* Firefox WebGL - Mutation error. Hit ‘okay’ and the game will continue to run.
**If you are experiencing an issue with Spellstone on mobile,** please try reinstalling your game. You can restore your progress by clicking the red K in the tutorial and logging into your Kongregate.com account.
** If your device tells you that you are unable to update Spellstone there is a work around.**
* First you will need to get to the data for Spellstone, then delete it.
* The steps should be close to: Config > Apps > Google Play Store > Delete Data
* You should then be able to update Spellstone.
* If this doesn’t work please uninstall the game, then restart your device, and then try reinstalling Spellstone.
