i edited the first post in my last one, so it got locked. i'll show them! copy-paste! alrighty then, you are a moron. deal with it. here's how i got to where i am as of writing this crap (number 3 on all time high waves for insane). step one, randomly click until something good happens. step 2, click some more. step c, read tooltips. step pumpkin, listen to folks in chat who seem to know what they are typing. my tactic for hq tiers was simple. if i got killed, i upgraded defense. if things took too long to die, i upgraded offense. i did this for easy, normal, hard AND insane. i didnt use auras, fortify or any other trickery. i didnt even know you could research elements again until t3 or 4. i didnt finish them until after reaching t5. once i hit bp tiers, i learned something, save up before tiering up. dont need to save up enough to max out the blueprint again, althoguht that certainly will help, but at least enough to do the build down below. my build at this point. i didnt make it myself so i dont know why it works, it just does. take note, this will only work on enemies below your tier. enemies the same tier as you will kill you. enemies above your tier will kill you instantly no matter what, deal with it. offense: everyhtign before lifesteal. defense: reflect (rel) NOTHING ELSE! utility: gem and sr stuff. ultimates: vaporize and newbounds. now to beat that rat bastard cubos, i used the "rediculous tier" method. beat him the first time at t120. second time was either at t350 or 500. 3-5 were all done past t1000. it took a lot of all cubes to do. i only used the left hand menu. specifically damage, attack speed and the multiplier at the bottom. upgraded attack until i couldnt afford more then moved to speed then to multiplier. easy peasy. in case you havent picked up by now, i follow the K.I.S.S. principle... Keep It Simple, Stupid. wanna know what difficulty to grind/farm on? get a calculator. figure out what difficulty pays the most for a given time frame. you may make more per run on easy, but hard might pay more per second. now keep in mind there are not just stronger enemies on higher difficulties, but also harder types of enemies to kill. some will even shoot back. these can become veriables that change the best difficulty to leave overnight. with all that said, more often than not harder is better. my old awesomeness  one of the game devs, SpeedyBrain, suggested i add a section on the verious abreaviations. so here it is. sr = specdial resources = oranges. if you see brown, your monitor is poorly calibrated. bp = blueprint hq = headquarters wpm = waves per minute nb = newbounds tc = town credit that's all i have on top of my head. they're hard to balance. if i remember more, i'll add the sneakily without warning.

town tiers... to unlock town tiers, you must be bp tier 100+ and have beaten cubos 5 times. it is adviseable to get a lot more bp tiers before town tiering the first time. when you tier town, you lose EVERYTHING except purchased rare gems (meaning ones bought with kreds) and town credit and upgrades. town credits are the currancy used to buy town upgrades. you get credits based on your bp tier. as such, it's probably best to wait untill about tier 15k to tier town the first time due to the piss poor conversion rate the first time around. you will start from the very beginning, meaning hq tier 0. you will have to research everything again, beat the waves again, upgrade the stats page again etc. bright sde is it should be faster this time.

newbounds trick... RECOMMENDED FOR BP TIERS ONLY! the newbounds trick is rather simple to do but requires a bit of trial and error. what you're trying to do is get newbounds as low as possible while still fighting at your highest reached wave. ideally you want maybe 5 tiers between you and your enemy (enemy tier can be found by hovering your cursor over the enemy heart at the top of the screen). once you have gotten the new bounds % right, you'll want to make sure you have interest limit maxed and all white resources upgrades maxed in blueprint. this will not effect wpm afaik. once in your run, wait a couple minutes for your whites to build up then upgrade newbounds. this will make the tiers last longer, thus increasing yout sr gains.

Question about your newbounds trick. What BP tier do you think is the minimum to have before trying this. I tried it out with around tier 4k and was able to get newbounds just under 10%. The increase ingame was only about 1.5x and didn't seem worth it for the manual buying at the start of each round. I'm guessing the lower you can get newbounds at the start, the better it is.

I'm guessing the lower you can get newbounds at the start, the better it is. i cant accurately answer that as i never did it in town tier 1 (default tier) and in tt2 i was making a lot of sr from bonuses so i tiered very quickly. however, using gems to max out newbounds can be very effective. i'll have to remember to check the cost of 30% gain on my next run.

autosave issues... ALWAYS USE BOTH CLOUD SAVE AND EXPORT. DO NOT TRUST AUTOSAVE OF ANY KIND. you're welcome.

Do I have to unlock all BP skills including aura to tier up BP? I want to Town Tier faster

folks are complaining because i said to wait until bp tier 15k to town tier. you should only do that if you want x8 speed for your second playthrough. otherwise, you would be better off town tiering at bp tier 5k. this wont get you enough for x8 but it will get you enough for a few levels of sr boost and just before you town tier again, dump all the remaining town credits into tc conversion. it'll take more effort but less time to get the 1000 town credits for x8.

The game doesn't work on Brave browser. How do I start it up properly on Brave? I don't want to use chrome because it's a surveillance product.
