It is now time for Round 3 Voting! Voting ends **6/22/19 11:59 PM EST**. All pieces that score better than the median piece are eligible to earn points.
Voting is done on the google form provided. Please include your Kongregate username on the form. Votes are public and can be seen here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1zpZ91s-aFOpPHADdp1wS3e0dsKBn3XA4VETy3rckQzE/edit?usp=sharing
During the voting process, people may assign a rating of 0 (mediocre), 1 (decent), 2 (great), 3 (remarkable), -1 (unacceptable), -2 (terrible), or -3 (sorcerize) to these three categories: creativity (how creative the unit is, how thematic the unit is, how fun the unit is in an idealistic sense), design (how well the unit/moveset would work, how good the moves work together, how fun the unit is in a pragmatic sense), and balance (how balanced the unit is, how well the unit would work with existing units, if the unit breaks the meta or creates degenerate strategies (that is bad balance) or not). Creativity is about good ideas. Design is about good piece making practices. Balance is about fitting in the game well. Don't rate a piece badly on balance just because it is 1 or 2 points off. You should vote fairly but true. Don't give -2's or -3's to every piece, but don't be afraid to give a -2 to a piece that just is bad. 0's should represent those that don't quite make your mark on a metric. 1's should represent decent enough pieces. 2's should represent pieces you feel do well. 3's should represent pieces you feel are groundbreaking on that metric. -1's should represent pieces that aren't that good. -2's are reserved for those pieces that aren't good at all. -3's are reserved for those pieces that don't even try to be good. If at least 50% of your vote consists of total scores of 9, 8, -9, or -8 or if at least 50% of your vote consists of the same total score your vote will be deleted as a troll. I retain some discretion in removing troll votes. If I can't confirm who you are your vote will be deleted.

thunder smash charactor: uh idk seems a bit weak... it has a lot of zappy squares but the on death can backfire.
monkoo: its a worse archer... weak
manticore: comparable to dragon... base and +, poison isnt as strong as a kill, its weak as its high value and cant move to attack or destroy to attack.
slomth: a warrior who is thicc and then he eats a paladin... aka this is kinda op, it does have to stop but like alchemist tho... also move 2 times and its a threat.
tost: goes in the toster

**ThunderCloud:**
It's okay. Basically Wrath in minion form without Wrath's cool On Death effect. On the weaker side. I like that it doesn't block movement.
**Manticore:**
Basically, Dragon with poison. Feel like the cost is a little bit weird, 13/15/16/18 feels better than 13/14/15/18 in my opinion. We don't have many pieces that fall under this price range so I like it.

Looking back on Sloth, Alchemist WOULD really break it.

**thundercloud:**
i dont think low range thunder would ever be useful, because if a champion gets this close it will most likely move and you'll lose morale for nothing, and if a minion gets this close it will usually attack something. on death effect can backfire and acts as a worst bomber effect, i like the fact that its hard to predict when it will stop your opponent from attacking you tho. the only role i see for this piece is to be a 0 cost unit that does not block movement and allow for quick assaults with rook/bishop or things like that. this would make it very useful even tho its moveset is weak, and for me this is bad design.
**manticore:**
dragon with ranged is pretty op id say, yes poison isn't the most powerful form of magic, but its still very strong. i would increase the cost of all tier except base by 2+ tbh.
otherwise pretty good.
