I am digging the design style of this card, it seems to be useful in a lot of different ways but not broken in any. It can be used to thin your deck, it can make easy spell triggers, bait counterspells, heal yourself with the right setup, or throw into your oppents deck as a bit of direct damage.
I haven't finalized a deck that utilizes it yet, but I love the versatility of it and am enjoying brewing with it.
For those that don't know, it is a 0 CD spell that deals three damage to you and draws a card. Simple flexible card.

The problem is that spending a card to draw a card is equal to not include this card in your deck at all.
There is no need to thin your deck because you don't have to put the maximum card in it, and you could bait counterpsell with another cheap cd spell that would do something more usefull if there is no counterspell. For the "heal yourself" or "damage your opponent part", the setup seems to be to difficult to put in play considering the small reward.
But it's still an original flavor card, which is still great.

I have several twenty carddecks that this card would have saved me from redundant purchases. I think it will allow some that I am still working on.
going Sidalis or the absorb gem is not too tough a setup to heal. that gem needed some help anyway.
