We watch these things closely and we don't ban people instantly. We're quite busy with the iOS launch. If you see any particularly egregious behavior, feel free to report it to us directly. Thanks!

Can we use an autoclicker (macro) without getting banned ?

Using macros or botting software is a bannable offense. We have solid metrics designed to catch botters, I will review the data today and make sure anyone who is currently botting is banned.

Just some comments on this subject:
Random and semi-random interval automation is simple to code in many free, open-source scripting programs, which I'll refrain from naming. Slight randomization parameters can mask a lot of detectors that flag for interval behavior. But the botter objective - to gain game resources (e.g. coins, etc) exceeding what is obtainable via reasonable gameplay - That can't be hidden.
What I think players are reacting to is behaviors that, although not condemning on their own, look extremely suspicious in combination
* extremely high coin gains in a short period of time, outpacing established players whom are constantly online
* consistent 20+ active hours/day
* minimal to no participation in chatroom conversations despite being present, periodic repeating of identical chat statements unrelated to context, or entirely unresponsive to messaging
We're also a cynical bunch, and can easily envision a scenario where it's in the dev's best interest to allow paying players to bend the rules.

If you see this and have suspisions why not report them to devs and let them look at it. When I was a monitor it was a lot easier and more productive if other told me where I should focus. I caught many on my own and many of the ones refered to me were not botting, but at least I had a place to look. Many eyes are better than 2. I am not defending or condeming the devs; just if you have not reported what you see then do not rant about it do something about it.

We do not ban players lightly. This should be interpreted as good news by our players I would think.
We've been busy but we're making a pass now on bots / macroing. Please do feel free to report any activity you find suspicious.

Lol :)
We've taken some action already on botters. It might take a couple days to notice the effects.
We're not going to comment publicly on individual players. If you want to discuss something like that, pm me in the game and I will fill you in.
