# ***Hey there!
care to share your build? it will help the starters by giving ideas, or some of us can start giving tips to improve, what to remove, use, etc.
I'll start first:
(Optional)Zarkares-torso
Grave diggers-legs
2 CL-weapon
2 VR-carrier for heat 1
1 bloodsweep-weapon
1 repulser-weapon
(Optional) Murmur-carrier for heat 2
1 heat engine
2 cooling modules
2 regen energy modules
1 energy capsule
1 plate
Main goal: the goal for this build is if the enemy is too far, VR's or CL's are used (VR if WAY too far). soon they will try to avoid the CL's, making them come closer. thats where my repulser and bloodsweep comes into action. if there right beside me, i stomp them, then use CL, bloodsweep, or repulser. im a Heat-Physical mech, heat to shutdown mechs, and physical to kill them.
EDIT: My mech is way better than this rn.

I'm going third!
My build:
1 Corrupt Light
1 Crimson Rapture
1 Supreme Cannon
1 Desolation
1 of any Heat Drone (best with Clash)
1 Repulsor (optional)
1 of any Heat Leg
This build works best with ***TONS*** of heat and energy, so best get those modules! ;)
The idea is to do a lot of resistance and explosive damage the enemy at long range, while doing heat damage. The heat is just to cause the enemy to lose turns, no nessicarily to shutdown your enemy; however, that would be preferred.
Crimson Rapture for that close range with enemy energy mechs.
Corrupt Light for extra heat damage.
Just tell me if I'm doing anything wrong: it's my opinion :)

If there are ever any real new players (non-legacy), these builds won't help the 'starters' as , what, I don't even have some of the items you have, and I'm rolling around in R7-R5 now.
So, assuming new players have crappier drop rates (and have this "armory" feature I've heard of, basically items were tiered into "stages", locked by beating the first boss and getting to certain ranks)..
Here are some that would work in the lower ranks, at most until rank 10, if you're really good:
(Items are ordered based on my experience how well they'll fit well into the general builds. This is easily disputable, yes, but I also factored in how common these items are in drops)
Energy:
Torso : Sith, GrimReaper, (any mythable torsos), (any non-mythable energy torsos)
Legs : Charged Walkers, Lightning Supporters, Grave Digger
Top : Blue Madness, Hysteria, Grim Cobra, Rapid Destruction (PHYS), (any high damage dealing top weapon, preferably En or Phy)
Side : Malice Beam, Last Words, Faithful Steel, the Energy counterpart to FireStorm, (any high damage dealing PHYS weapons)
Drone : Face Shocker, Snack, Cosmos (forgot the name, the Energy version of this), Buzz
Extras : (fill all slots as much as possible; Epic Teleport, Charge, Electric Hook)
Modules : 3 energy modules, 3 heat modules, 2 for anything that'll fit.
Priority:
1.) Damage (to HP), and damage (to enemy's energy)
2.) Drain En Resist
3.) HP
Rationale:
Sith > GrimReaper since GrimReaper lacks HP, and their other stat differences doesn't matter much in low ranks. Ideally, you could bring Sith up to Epic/Legend then switch to other better torsos, and use it as food.
Charged Walkers > Lightning Supporters since it's lighter by 2 units, and again, other stat difference doesn't matter much, since you have Faithful Steel and En FireStorm. Grave Digger last because of shit HP.
Malice Beam because of energy damage and max energy reduction, causing your enemies to Energy Break faster. Last Words to push away any mechs who managed to get Anni/NF early. Phys weapons like Nightfall will do too, just ditch it once you get a good pure en mech.
Face Shocker or Snack, Snack is better if you can't always energy break your enemies.
Fit in all Extras since you most likely won't max the weight cap at first anyways, and additional mobility never hurts. Teleport should be always in if possible.
Modules : not really important since in the lower ranks you will rarely see any dedicated en mech/heat mech. Adjust these according to your conditions.
That's it. I may write up something about a low-rank Phys or Heat build too, but let's see if this doesn't get rained upon with fire and salt first.

i know... i just wanted to say my build... it helps tho... i defeated BB with it.... but needs enough level.. and enough tactic and strategy... and maybe 10 tokens for revival .-.

i changed.
http://i67.tinypic.com/1zmh2bo.png
setup: zarkares
2 cl
1 vr
1 deso
1 repulser
3 heat mods
3 en mods
(if theres enough space) 2 plates
1 murmur (if you don't have it nemo or clash, they go to myth)
1 hook
strategy: you make the player go closer to avoid the deso dealing massive damage, and VR. your 2 cls will do alot of heat dmg, shutdowning them. with murmur, cl, and deso (maybe). you will kill the player.

here is my current mech setup rn for r11.
http://prntscr.com/kvlvcf
let me tell you abit about it.
i got a myth cl, which is probs scare off the user away so they can't get heatlocked fast.
which deso and vr comes in, dealing huge damage and draining resist and reducing cooling.
the job makes it easier for my myth murmur, which support my vr.
ill close up and deal massive damage with cl and murmur and deso, the end.
Modules? 3 heat, 3 en, i managed to squeeze a plate in there.

My mech is a heat mech:
1 Brutality
1 myth CL
1 Legend CL
1 Repulser
1 War Hammer
1 HeatPoint
1 Iron Boots
1 Energy Engine
2 Heat Engine
1 Iron Plate
1 Cooling Mass Booster
2 Energy Mass Booster
Strategy: in level 15-12 myth is OP, so i just try to get them at least once with my myth CL. HeatPoint is very good, but i have very weak HP.
