it says connection failed resetting brower now and it has been like that for 2-3 weeks,the chat isnt loading and the plug icon is red can somebody pls help?i want to playyyyyyy :'<

If the plug icon is red it probably isnt the game, as that has nothing to do with us I think :\
Could you try disabling any anti virus software and firewalls and clearing your cache?

I have the exact same issue. I have tried diabling my firewall and antivirus aswell as clearing my browser cache.
Also for some reason I can play as a guest but when im logged on it dosent work.

You don't actually need to connect as much for that.

Well, i have cleared the cache in two browsers, ran ccleaner, tried to login with incognito mode on firefox and chrome and i still get this screen, i just wanted to login for the daily reward and wait for better days.

Odd... Have you tried reinstalling flash? This definitely isnt supposed to be happening...

May be it is Kongregate issue.
I can't login from several days into SuperMechs , and all my achievements in other games are lost !

It might be Kongregate related, i tried to reinstall flash and play from another computer, i still get the same screen.

i got the glitch that duplicated all your items its to much and i crash i try upgrading them together but by the time i remove all of them i lose connection come back and reapeat it again HELP

I had problems with my flash plugin on a chromebook. went to Settings > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Content settings > Plugins > check "run all plugin content" and it solved my problem.

Tried with a different account and I still get connection failed.
I can play online/multiplayer on the supermechs website, So if my account can be transfered to that id be happy.

Did you try the tip from potat0? Did you try clearing your cache?
Are other Kong multiplayer games working fine still?

however thats not the problem.
the issue is with kongregate, as I can play on supermechs.com just fine (multiplayer and all).

I'm having the exact same problem. Nothing fixes it. I too play the game on Kongregate.

Some suggestions that might work.
1) Try playing the game at http://supermechs.com to see if you have the same problems
2) Clear cache.
3) Try all 3 of http://palemoon.org , and Firefox, and Chrome.
4) Turn off firewall and anti-virus
5) Turn off ad blocker and ghostery
6) Uninstall and reinstall Flash plugin

It's definitely something specific to Kongregate. It works fine on Supermechs.com. Maybe they need to update the client being served up from Kong?

Are you using Chrome? Chrome uses a different Flash player than other browsers.
AlexanderVC, maybe the developers are making an error with Chrome and its Flash version?

We're aware of the issue, problem is this is a bit beyond our ballpark (seems to be a browser thing)
