Average research displaying as “?” on the land-selection screen. I have no research at the moment, so it ought to say zero.

There is no bug in that, you have probably sent too much report to research center and it blocked, dont use two garbages that is not working, dont clear tracks it is pointless at all, fe when you have 2 research centers and one is working correctly. Final advice match all on the same tick lengths (20 or 10 but they vary sometimes on different component)

My internet disconnected, and I got this;

“Close” did not work. I could not click in the box to copy the code. I was worried, as it seemed to have lost all my saves.
I refreshed, and it was OK.

Seems like the anti-looping conveyor code might be bugging, I’ve got the following scenario where I want to cross conveyors over each other twice and it won’t connect. Example here.

Try to make the conveyor cross but it fails to connect. Code should be able to tell the difference between crosses and forks? Not even sure why the game blocks looping.

Unfortunatly loops are not possible because of the algorithm we use to transport items – it just can’t handle loops. If loops would be handled, algorithm would be slower, currently it is pretty much as fast as possible :)
Doing crossings like in the picture are also unfortunately not possible again because of how the game mechanics work. (it would be very hard to handle a situation where you delete one road and therefore result would be loop. In my games I have always managed to setup conveyors slightly differently.

Yeah, in the end I managed to do it but it’d be nice if we could.
Anyway, research center 3 and analytics appear to be chopping off the very top of their images.

I understand you dont have aluminium yet but you sending 15 gas and oil report along with 20 reports from metal, it should block very soon cause analitycs is handling 16 of each, play around to make those number equal

What? No, I’m sending 16 go reports (10 from plastic, 3 from oil, 2 from gas, +1 base production) and 16 metal reports, 11 from the bottom lab (1 base production, 6 from steel, 4 from iron) and 5 from the top metal lab (1 base production, 4 from iron). If I connect the steel to the middle metal lab as I initially did you need complex overflow stuff but removing it which was one of the obvious in hindsight things allows you to balance and run the analytics at max speed as it runs at half the speed of the other labs so the two sets of 16 work.
So yeah, note that labs have a base production of 1 report even without any production bonus and that I specifically do not connect the steel to both metal labs.

there is a small problem with tank hull and tank turret makers. They use 6 components over 10 ticks although they can stock 5 only so stock is overloaded 6/5 although they working fine
btw I manged to do 100% efficient line of tank it consist 36 components (half allu spare and half steel not fed)

after getting clean metal and clean gas and oil reports there is still space for waste in lab description

maybe it could go away

Manual Save in the Settings menu is not working anymore. Click to do a manual save the window closes, I reopen and there is no save listed.

i’m glad i’m not the only one with that. there’s multiple instances of not saving, including just can’t interact with save/load
in your case, if you refresh, the save you tried to make should be there

I was reporting that to Balduran too as it works randomly, when you refresh page or wait couple hours and refresh it will work again, Although once I lost all my game progress,yet somehow by clearing last 24h cookies I recover everything apart from last day

Hey guys, found a weird bug here, I can set up a conveyor crossover in 1 direction, but not the other:

This has been annoying because I need to connect my labs up with reports crossing over my incoming iron, but the example shows where it does and doesn’t work. Thanks for the great game! :)
Edit: Just to give it in context, here’s where I found trouble:

I couldn’t make a line across either of the 2 red lines, it kept connecting to the report or waste lines :/
I’ll have to redesign it for now, but just letting you know there’s a problem there :)

After redesigning I still have a problem, all I need to do is connect a line along the red arrow, but I can’t, unless I’m missing something really dumb? I’ve tried a few other ways too… It just will not cross no matter what I seem to try :/

Just to complete the story, I managed to complete the set up:

That took way more time that it needed though, over half an hour of trying different combinations when all I wanted to do was set up some quick research before I turned it off… :(

my suggestion to you would have been to move the metals lab up and had iron input by top, report out the top, waste out the bottom

The reason I had them low like that was to increase the report output line, I find that it helps them merge into a stream before going into the lab, I had them higher before but they were all jamming up and throwing the sorting (waste down the report line) as I said, it was supposed to just be a quick set up and I didn’t want to play around with setting up the output timings.
These screen shots are after a lot of other failed itterations, these are just the ones that were failing because of this bug… Anyway, I’m just sharing this so hopefully it can be fixed and others won’t have to go through my pain! :)

This is what I went with after jiggling everything about today, but it still won’t let me connect an iron supply along the red arrow :/

And to be honest I’m quite nervous about changing anything now, cos half the time I do, it doesn’t always connect and starts jamming up my line and I have to clear tracks, losing a bit of income for a few seconds :/

I’m not sure how to make pictures appear in a post but I found an issue on the Kilofactory where I couldn’t place conveyors on some of the grass block (circled in the screenshot) as is shown here → [http://imgur.com/NVX3sQg](http://imgur.com/NVX3sQg) If I could put conveyors there then I would be able to add a plastic seller on the 2nd opening from the left and use conveyors from the plastic maker on the bottom right of the main area to top left plastic seller in area b1 and use the top left plastic seller of area b2 for the plastic maker in area b2 that only has one seller which is currently impossible.

You only can put conveyors in between gates in straight way(vertical or horizontal)

Nikos: i was crying because of that too, doubt it will change-i asked to have all roads accessible if you owned both sides of it. no response yet.

first off, there is NO reason to run it where that red line is
second off, if you did things how i envisioned it, that wouldn’t be a problem.

hasty example, leaving waste to your imagination. and not even the most efficient arrangement in the room given.
