yes
If you get to the softcap of enhancing your allies, put all your books to Gabriella. In a higher level there will be a substitute for Belial: Dragonling
But for weaken there is no better ally, so you can put all books above enhancing level 20 to Gabriella (or Dragonling as soon as you get it).
