Session_cannot_connect after the Update reinstalling doesnt work...anyone have the same problem ?

Hello, thanks for the post, and apologies, we're working on it now. The reason for the failure is because the update with the GW% tier fixes was pushed yesterday afternoon UK time on Apple's servers, and simply didn't propagate. When that happens, we are at their mercy so we baby-sat it until late into the night but it was still stuck. It looks like it's out now finally so we'll proceed with restoring the game servers as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience

LONG TIME master guild level, paying player here. Still cant load game on iphone and terrified to reload app as havent been apple to sign into kongregate with my longtime account

No they are not. Still a lot of devices crashing during loading after the update. Many players still cannot login, despite rebooting or re-installing.

Finally, second fresh re-install worked on my iPad.

Just updated and now can't get the app to load. Not keen to try re-installing as don't want to risk losing 2 years of progress. Any ideas?

Sorry guys, there is indeed an issue with iOS most likely with the cache, but hard to tell with that delay in propagation. We've just pushed a server side fix to mirror the 'clear cache' functionality (in options), could you guys try and load the game again please? If it doesn't clear, I'm afraid a re-install will be necessary on iOS.

Jenny, did you link your Kong account? If so, you won't have an issue loading progress

Just some feedback for the App. The issue is not really resolved unless you delete the app on your IOS device and reload. I have already done that and logged back in, but that is not “fixed”, and I worry about lost players because of the added hassle.

Thanks! Sadly with cache issues, the re-install might be the only solution. If someone can confirm if they managed to get in withouth re-installing it would be good to know btw.
And yes, I'm worried about lost players too :( We'll try and dig into things further tonight if still not cleared without having to re-install.

i have updated the game several hours ago, but i still can't get into the game, and i'm reluctant to uninstall and then reinstall the game as it is not linked to kong account and i may lost around 3 years of progress. any solutions?

If you DM me, I can track your current account, and restore your progress manually after a re-install.
