They banned my account on a day it wasn’t even used. I used it on Sunday for Guild Wars, again on Monday morning with Furies. When I woke up on Wednesday, I tried to login and it said it was cheater banned. I submitted a ticket and was asked to provide the account email, the date it was created, a receipt of the first gem purchased, and the receipt for my last gem purchase. I can’t recall the date it was created nor do I still have the email receipt for my first gem purchase. Without the receipt of my very first gem purchase, they will not unban my account. I should not be surprised at this point, I have spent a lot of time and money, recruited players, played dormant accounts, etc. but they prefer to not trea customers like this. It should not have been banned to begin with, yet they make it impossible to unban. What I don’t get is that I’ve worked with Erika in the past and never was treated like this. I don’t get it....

I am so sorry to hear that,Savage Bunny - that seems crazy. I don't even know what to say. I wish I thought someone here would fix it, but with the state of the game today that seems unlikely.

I wonder whether they confused your account somehow with that other person who sometimes calls himself SavageBunny. As for the receipts, you should be able to find them in your account history where you purchased the game. Good luck!

That's really crappy.
What kind of cheating did they accuse you of? Did they give you any specifics? If you play through Kongregate and purchased kreds which you used to buy gems, there should be a history of that, such as this: https://prnt.sc/t0ya
Maybe that would be good enough for APP.

since you started have you changed device or isp if not both should show you and account to be valid, each device has its own id or if can give time which have been using new device should do the same
