Place a support ticket. I was getting a lot of these lately due to my Internet provider having a hardware issue in our area. Support was gracious to reimburse my loss when possible (not always possible). Sometimes the issue is not caused by them (weak WiFi or cellular signal, switching from one to the other, etc). Even still, they’ve been helpful almost every time.
