No crashes and great support. Both forum and through tickets. Great game and I urge people to support it.

No call centres though, they don’t make that kind of money
I don’t want to influence your decision, but just look at how much works those who are mods on this forum has helped people
You’d be a lot more understanding if you tried making a video game

For all people who complain about crashes or something buy better devices no “mini” no “s” or “c” . im playing on lg g4 for 5,6h a day since few days and didnt have any crash.

That’s rather harsh advice don’t you think? It’s not easy to develop for the wide range of devices and iOS / android versions, but I am sure stability is worked hard on. People need to keep in mind this game is still in soft launch, if im correct. Our input we surely result in a very nice next version.
Just got to help the devs collect data and deal with it in the meantime.

Customer service is fantastic. I got a response back within minutes and they gave me an explanation as to what is wrong and when it will be fixed. Then gave me 10 raid tokens and 100 gems for my troubles.

The game was released less than a week ago and we’re thrilled that so many people like it. We’re definitely very focused on discovering and fixing any issues people encounter.
