I’m mostly curious but there is a quest for Jinx along with all the other heroes that is unlocked at level 15. It is called Unlock Junx’s Steal Life. His ability, Steal Live is locked until level 30 but instead his passive is unlocked giving him a 3% gold increase. Now I do not own all the heroes but the 4 others I own have all been the same. At level 15 they unlock the same skill that coincides which their quest.
