SJM007: Need to be level 45 but more importantly your toons must be maxed/close to maxed and really good cards so you can compete well in gw. If you are looking for a guild you can join guilds within the Umbrella where there are a number of guilds and I am sure you would be well accommodated when you are there. When you toon up more than happy to consider you for SOI.
