Hi. The Guild Leader and those with 3 stars can kick players and declare for guild wars. So long as the team is treated fairly and has good communication and everyone knowing why they are on their 1-3 star rating it shouldn’t be a problem. Some teams will have 3 or 4 3*players with others on 2* and alts sometimes on 1* so the team is clear as to what is going on. May not be a full explanation but hope it helps.
