im not getting pinatas from my runs already time travel twice without pinatas and when i try to get the free pinatas i get a message. pls help, already tried reseting browser and clearing cache.

Same here, no pinata appears in my runs, and i cannot launch the ad to get 3 free pinata instead of 1.

Literally just started happening for me, as well. I tried to restart the game to fix it, but it still won't load videos.

I get similar issues, especially with the damned Idle Heroes and Marvel ads. When the ads complete, there is no X button to close and get back to the pinata to smash it, I have to crash the game every time, losing the entire progress of the run in which I got the pinata. It's incredibly annoying.

Same thing is happening to me. I used to at least see a pinata almost every launch, but after hitting the first Rift they suddenly stopped appearing altogether.
Also when the 3-hour free pinatas load up, I get the same message you do. "Sorry, your request cannot be completed." So I have to just use the single pinata option.
I thought maybe it was just a change in the pinata spawns after you hit the rift, but that to me seems like a faulty game mechanic. I mean we watch ads every time we get a pinata, which nets them more money - why would they cut out that source of income?

Also, "cards" don't give benefits. i.e. got a pesos card, but didn't show up in game play.
Y'all might want to fix your game.

They finally fixed this issue! I was with the same problem as you, but I can watch the ads now.

This isn't correct, I'm still experiencing both bugs - the "your request cannot be completed" message and also I still haven't seen another pinata spawn.

I have been having the same issue as well, but I logged on earlier and all was working again. I was able to collect the 3 pinatas, and they began spawning again in game. I never closed the tab, but stopped playing for a few hours. Just opened the tab back up and tried to collect the 3 again, but the problem is back.

I get pinatas IN GAME, but when I got the option to watch a video to have three pinatas instead, I got that error message.

Clearly, the devs don't care about the game any more. Why would I purchase anything in-game when I KNOW bugs won't be addressed?

After seeing all the video, the text still says "watch this short video and win 1 reward", even if I watch all the video and let open the window some time, after closing the window I get a "Oops, the video didn't play trough! Try again?"

I've noticed this as well....I discovered however, that if I go back and click "X" instead the the green Play button, I get a Pinata and then everything works fine.

you get 1 instead of 3, that's not working fine.
stopped working after a while for me, can still get ads for other games.

Not saying this is the fix for everyone, but I had to disable adblock and I stopped getting the "Sorry, your request cannot be completed" error. I also got all three pinatas. Not a huge fan of this but still.......

Yeah 4 dasy i ahv had thios for. Gonna try the ad block thing. Blood annoying because i don;t wnna xctually watch the bloddy things.Probably deliberate n Kongregates part ie xpect.

If I restart a game when it says it cant start the add often after that it CAN start the add for those 3 pinatas(this not starting an add often happens on the 2nd free pinatas in a single play session), in other cases the timer jumps and I have up to an hour to go before I can do so.

- after a run, after getting a pinata, press the green movie button to initiate the reward prosess, no worries if it denies you seeing a ad-movie
- if the pinata pop-up menu is still there then click the X, for the triple pinata reward u will now get a single pinata reward, for single pinatas u will receive nothing
- collect ure money and other rewards and get ready for next run, but REFRESH browser / restart the game ( u may want to close the browser totally to flush garabage from memory )
you should now finally get your pinata rewards!
- before you start your next run, refresh / restart your browser/ game AGAIN! for preparing for the NEXT pinata.

If you have an ad blocker you must disable it! They are now showing/using Kong ad system.
