If you haven't noticed by now, the game saves its state after buying upgrades and completeing runs. There are tutorials/blogs on how to save copies/backups of the local flash settings/save files searchable via your prefered search engine.
If you are trying to save a local copy of the game that you could play offline... That is not an easy thing, certainly not supported by kong or the game dev.
