I know the 3/# Engineer has the ability to remove camo and regen, but does that mean the Engineer can see camo bloons? Or can he only see them after the camo gets removed?
nope they sentries can see them at knowledge level 3
and there is an upgrade which gives the monkey a dispenser which sprays cleansing foam and when any special bloons (camo/hearts/lead)get into it they lose their effects
