Hello. I would like to play AI offline, however when I took the swf file from my cache, upon attempting to start it (in chrome’s latest build) it popped up with a message saying “You have been banned from Anti Idle: The Game”. So is it simply not possible to use the standalone swf (in which case, that sucks mega balls) or am I doing something wrong?

Is there a link to a guide that tells you how to play flash games offline? That sounds sweet.

Mozilla Firefox.) the how?: open the quite-obsolete-in-so-many-ways-except-saving-.swf-files-browser and go to the desired game. then right click on the background (not the ads)→ view page information→media tab after that look for a .swf file, it should show 0 kilobytes size.(this browser invented a new way of being stupid.) click on save as… … I think that’s all, will test on some other games and on kongregate later EDIT: I can’t find kingdom rush’s .swf…. seems like It doesn’t work on kongregate

yeah….. ok here’s what i do to play Anti-Idle offline: 1) load up anti-idle as usual, you’ll need to have internet for this 2) turn off your wireless, unplug Ethernet cable, or just go to the middle of nowhere Now you are playing a fully-functional game of anti-idle offline. Everything works except submission of scores to Kongregate (yes, even FCG works). This lasts until you close your internet browser.

@^ Yeah no, that’s not how to do it. I run Google Chrome, so this is my way of doing it. 1. Open up the version of AI you want to save. 2. Right click on a blank space that’s not the actual game, (I suggest the white space to the left of the game). 3. Click view page source. 4. [Ctrl+F] to use the find function. 5. Find “game\_swf”. 6. Copy the link that comes right after. - It should look something like this: http%3A%2F%2Fchat.kongregate.com%2Fgamez%2F0006%2F6881%2Flive%2F ATG\_\_Awesome\_Update\_F2.swf%3Fkongregate\_game\_version%3D1324721713 7. Now you have to convert the html correctly, here’s the key: - %3A = : - %2F = / - %3F = ? - %3D = = 8. Now with your new converted link, paste it into the address bar and load up the page. 9. AI should come up full page now, so just click the little wrench in the corner of Google Chrome and click save page as. 10. ??? 11. Profit. * * * Now to move your savefile so you can play your savefile offline. 1. Find your AI savefile. 3. Under the same directory chat.kongregate.com is located, create a new folder named localhost. 4. Move the desired savefile into localhost. 5. ??? 6. Profit. I assume that: the ban is done in jest, I just need to replace the localhost save with the chat.kong save to update/post the save (no-cheat of course), and people are still finding the ???/profit joke amusing. This does work, and it is awesome. Full screen, lower resource.

Sorry felipe, I think they patched/fixed the loophole to download it… Edit: Guess we just have to ask Tukkun for a copy of major versions/updates for keepsake now… I’m gonna ask if I can get a copy of a post-CHAOS update when it’s out (when all the bugs are fixed and OP things nerfed).

I put the savefile in chat.kongregat.com/localhost and still doesn’t work I also opened it up in the sol editor and all the stat thingys were the same (level 169, bout 3mil coin, etc.) help please :/

If it’s about backing up a file, I noticed that you could be copy/pasting your file into chat.kongregate.com when AI:TG window is currently running. Because AI:TG updates every 5 min and every time you close the window, you can’t copy/paste anything into it. You have to paste your file when you have the AI:TG window closed. If it’s something about AI:TG not saving, then you need to make sure your local storage (right click settings on AI:TG) is at infinity. Please clarify your question if I wasn’t at any help hehe.

@Chris You shouldn’t put the localhost folder in chat.kongregate.com, it should just be in the same directory (random letters/numbers).
