Install the “flash and video download” extension. You can also download youtube videos with it, among other stuff.

Okay, I can play it offline now, but I don’t know where it keeps my file, so I can’t actually play offline with my file yet.

It tells you where your file is kept in the very same post that tells you how to do this. That would be Yupei’s post on first page, number 7 in order.

I have done everything listed here and have made the localhost folder and put my savefile in it but it won’t load my savefile. It loads a new one.
Can you please give me a very specific list of what to do after I find my AI savefile?
Thanks.

You have to create the localhost folder in the same directory chat.kongregate.com is. I mean not inside chat.kongregate.com or anything like that. Also the save file location can change depending if you use pepper flash or not. But if you run it with the same browser as always, it should work.

Even then, it doesn’t work.
Should I turn Pepperflash on before moving the savefile?

I made the localhost folder and moved my account there but whenever I load up the Offline version, it is a level 1 account. Can someone please tell me what I’m doing wrong?

Did you do it exactly like this image? Is your save file inside this? If it is and you’re still level one, try deleting it and putting your save file back in.
(Wow, that picture was a lot bigger than I expected.)

No need to create the folder. Since you started a game and are now level 1, the folder and an antiIdle\_fileX should already be created, with your level 1 data in it. Simply replace it with the version from chat.kongregate.com.

Does anyone else get a “please make sure you are playing this game on Kongregate” message? Is this the “ban” message mentioned before?
EDIT: Even if it’s not the same error, it’s solved the same way. I feel like an idiot for not even bothering to try it first.

Boo, Shift + A + T no longer works as of Revive Part 1. Anyone figure this out yet?
Edit: Sorry, disregard, Tukkun says this was intentional. From the [testing thread](http://www.kongregate.com/forums/60-anti-idle-the-game/topics/368492-revive-pt-1-open-testing-round-2):
> To improve gameplay experience for everyone, the offline version of the game will be used for testing purposes only. For this, starting from version 1642, you will no longer be able to play the game offline by using the Shift + A + T key combination. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and you may continue to play version 1641 offline or play using the online version of the game.

So there is absolutely no way to play the game offline anymore.
Whenever I try the offline link, it takes me to version 1662.
How can I get 1641 to load up instead so I can play it?

If you’re trying to load an old version online, it won’t work.

Previous links in this thread are currently pointing to the latest versions of AITG.
Just in case anyone still looks for a copy of v1641 to play offline…

I recovered this version from another Flash game site (called Game Center IIRC) that stole the game and hosted it :/
**EDIT:** I put the swf, source and bestiary data of different versions in this page: [http://tiny.cc/aitg-data](http://tiny.cc/aitg-data)

AFAIK you can’t anymore. You might be able to grab the v1641 posted above, but anything more current than that wont work. Once the game is loaded in a browser, you don’t need the internet connection anymore (except for high scores/chat) but you need to connect to Kong at least once to get it started.
