I was able to get it to work! Now to leave clear instructions for anyone who gets hit by "Allow chat.kongregate.com to store information on your computer?"
1)Use your File Explorer to find

%AppData%\Roaming\Macromedia\Flash Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys#chat.kongregate.com\settings.sol
```
2) Upload the file to https://www.saveeditonline.com/ and change the klimit value to 5000. I also changed the other two values to a 1, though that did not appear to initially fix the issue. The 5000 value is also arbitrary, and I don't know what bounds would be normal.
3) Download the edited file and overwrite the original

SuperNova Doesn't seem to help play 90% of the games I try ranging from simply not opening to saying it can't play due to an error to the most annoying one a simple prompt to save files to the device which cannot be interacted with and prevents playing the game as a download prevents using an app
