What game are you talking about?
Whatever game that is, you need to contact the developers of that game. Any in-game issue (including not getting all of whatever you are buying with Kreds) need to be fixed by them. If you are unable get ahold of them/get a responce from them, then contact support@kongregate.com. They still can't help you get your gold (or whatever), but they can reach out to the developer for you.
