I have a legacy system with an old Flash player that still works even after EOL for Flash, and a newer system where I've re-enabled flash after EOL using mms.cfg. Both are non-Windows.
Both systems worked fine yesterday after EOL of Flash, but today apparently Kongregate blocks all games from loading on non-Windows systems, because they don't have Supernova installed, so everything stopped working.
Could Kongregate please allow those systems to continue working?
I do understand you want to alert players to the option to install Supernova to keep using Flash, but there are other working options, too.
Thank you.

The block is not only for non-Windows systems, it's for all systems.
I too have a working setup (recent Windows and Flash) where I have disabled the timebomb for the kongregate website specifically according to the instructions from the official Flash admin guide. It worked great on Jan 12th, now it doesn't because Kongregate just refuses to serve the game unless Supernova is installed, even though it otherwise would have worked.

It doesn't matter. Since SuperNova player only works on Windows, enforcing SuperNova on Kongregate effectively blocks all non-Windows systems. Linux and MacOS users are being locked out because of this.
Yesterday I was glad that the flash games still worked for me but now I am really pissed off. :-(

It's because Kong is too lazy and inept to use a simple script like this: http://www.javascripter.net/faq/browsern.htm to identify only chrome browser users and apply supernova, leaving everyone else to game in peace

No fix for this problem, yet, and no statement from Kongregate tech support, either. Sometimes I wonder if they do read posts in the Technical Support section at all. :-(

That problem has been fixed, click 'more options' in the bottom right of the frame, then click 'run adobe flash player' button (working for me on Chrome. My -old- FFox seems to have killed flash completely). And no, seeing as most people got fired from Kong, I doubt whoever's left can read everything by their lonesome(s?). I see you've posted in the other thread, where supernova are helping people. Good luck :) - CW666

That frame shows up only on recent browser engines, the older ones get only a blank rectangle and a bunch of errors in the console.

That "fix" is in a Javascript file on getsupernova.com. If you cannot use Supernova, you will not even see the so-called "fix".
Kongregate has done nothing to fix the problem they have created and they probably do not intend to fix it, either.
To them people who use Linux do not even exist. :-(
