some games don't load like thing thing arena 3 and they seem to always be "gameshells" or something.
my main issue rn is that i can't play games in kartridge because of not having flash despite having supernova.

There are games that can't be played since flash is still asking for local storage permission and one cannot interact with that box to make it go away. Here's one of my favorites that I can play, but am stuck with the box in the middle of the screen https://imgur.com/YXcUuWx , and another that I cannot start because of the box. I've tried searching the forums to see if there is an answer, but so far, no luck. Can anyone clue me in if there is a workaround?

I don't have this popup when I try to play the game with SuperNova (and I specifically tried Into Space 2). If you are not able to click on this with your mouse, and not able to interact with it via the tab and enter keys, I suggest looking at the settings in your browser and see if you can add chat.kongregate.com to a list of sites that can store information on your computer.

I have this same issue. I noticed that flash games that are part of assets.kongregate.com work perfectly well with supernova. I wonder why some games are chat.kongregate.com and others assets.kongregate.com

Hi I have tried the same method, for the puzzle game Kakuro by nlween, which in the past also returned a frozen GameShell screen; Link: https://www.kongregate.com/games/nlween/kakuro
And i got the link: supernova://play/?swfurl=https://game10761.konggames.com/games/nlween/kakuro/frame/9589c051-865d-40ea-854b-51b291cd5aaa/?kongregate_host=www.kongregate.com
supernova://play/?swfurl=http://game10761.konggames.com/games/nlween/kakuro/frame/9589c051-865d-40ea-854b-51b291cd5aaa/?kongregate_host=www.kongregate.com
Also it doenst matter if I open the link with the https or without http, I now keep getting a loading screen with runs to 100%, but no button to actually open the game and work on the 42 Kakuro puzzles.
Assuming this wasn't the link that I should have opened, what is?
Any help can be appreciated.

Hi Pip,
Some of the flash games still don't work with Suprenova. At the moment i've run into this problem with feed the king and civilization war.
Feed the King - runs as intended until menu screen. can click continue or start new game. BUT nothing happens.
Civilization war - it loads 100%, but won't go past the title credits. It stops at the end of bubblebox.com credits "bubblebox.com presents".
EDIT: 3rd game - Cell Warfare - this one doesn't even load the right game. It loads a fire called gameshell_[insert random hash of integers/letters]
And these two games also have badges so would it be okay to play from a 3rd party? - e.g. play from the "Flashpoint" archives.

@jascaicps1 - for the 3rd game (where it opens a "gameshell"), this is a known issue. RainyShadow has a suggestion for this:

> In Supernova select to "Run with Flash player".
> If it tries to load address containing "GameShell", then it is not supported by Supernova and you have to [find the correct address](https://www.kongregate.com/forums/1-kongregate/topics/1939487-weekly-flash-links-2021-03-29-2021-04-04) yourself.
For Feed the King and Civilizations War (both), they works just fine for me in SuperNova + Chrome (current versions of each) and no other extensions/addons/plugins). What browser are you using and do you have an adblocker?

I am also started having this issue. The game in question didn't have this problem right after the supernova switch but it is now, which is frustrating. I can use tab to somewhat interact with the box but neither space nor enter change anything.

Check [this](https://www.kongregate.com/forums/7-technical-support/topics/1873379-supernova-player?page=8#posts-13578324), find the semi-hidden link, solve your issue :P

I am a little confused on what to do when I click the link you provided. When I go to download flashplayerapp.exe from the link it sends me to zippy files and I have no idea what to do from there. I've tried downloading an earlier version of supernovaplayer to solve the pop up box issue as well as try running the game on chrome and edge, however nothing seems to be working.

Would you have any idea on where to find the area in the settings for this for chrome or edge?

I would suggest following the instructions that RainyShadow posted:

There should be a "Download now" link on the zippyfiles page.
Download the file, run it, and follow the screenshot guide from my linked post.
If you don't trust my file, then get the executable from another PC with Flash still installed, or install it yourself on your PC. There are many archives of the offline Flash Player installer floating on the internet.

You have the Chrome extension but you are using Edge. Is there a reason for this? I just tried to play "The King's League: Odyssey!", and it runs fine (I am using the current version of Chrome with no extensions other than SuperNova... and SuperNova of course).
You might want to make sure you have enabled new window popups (since the game starts in a SuperNova new window popup). You also might want to log in (not sure if that is a required part or not).

When playing Boom Town, at a certain point in the game, it asks for permission to make changes to my computer, but does not allow me to select an option, which does not allow me to continue the game. Anyone know a solution or run into this problem yet?

Sorry if this has been mentioned before (I don't have time to read through five pages of replies...). It would be great if no-longer-attainable badges (i.e. those from Flash games) would stop showing up in the Achievements list when filtered for "Unearned." It's not exactly a crash-and-burn situation, but it's annoying to pick a badge to work on, only to find out it's not actually earnable anymore.

Take a screenshot of you completing the badge requirements along with your username, then report as missing badge. That is how I got many badges on games that are supported by supernova.
