If you are not able to report the missing badge, you should change your email address to the same thing (or an appropriate email address if the one you have configured is not valid). This clears any flags that are set for it. reporting here won't do you any good.
As a bonus, if you submit the game today (with a new screen shot), you can show you got it on the BotD and get that too. If you check the "badges" section inside the game (lower right) you will see a badge that confirmed you completed the map.
