When I enter the game, it freezes at the end of the first race and when I return to the main menu, it is considered as not race, but gives a large amount of money.

Please send a bug report to the developer. However, given the age of the game, I am not sure if this will be fixed.
All in-game issues are the scope of the developer to address.

It works on not doppler with supernova. Idk why it doesn't work on here though.

The game stopped working here because the SuperNova player loads the https version of the game file link (for some games, only the http version will work). To run the correct one, type or paste this in your browser's address bar: supernova://play/?swfurl=http://chat.kongregate.com/gamez/0012/1218/live/CycloManiacs2.swf?kongregate_game_version=1363012722
