I did this offer. Rise of Kingdoms - Level 17 [Android - US] Desktop 2021-01-17 17:54:44 CST for 1,240 Kreds I did some more minor offers for small amounts of kreds I never saw either. But this one was for alot of kreds and took alot of my time to earn. So I didn't get it and contacted Revenue Universe asking what they needed for proof. I then submitted all the proof RU asked for as best I could as part of a claim within 30 days. At the time of submission it told me to give the advertisement company 90 days to respond. I heard nothing back, for a long time. I sent many emails to RU, and never got another reply back from them. So I contact support@kongregate.com and get a Michelle who just keeps on giving me the brush off and refuses to help. But first Michelle wastes my time insisting I making a dummy claim for the same offer which was suppose to help MIchelle find the original claim or something. But in the end Micheals like, I should just contact Kong in the future if I don't hear from RU within 3-4 days after filling a claim, in the future. But because it's been over 30 days, there is nothing Micheal will do for me about my earned offer. Why the hell does the system discard data within 30 days anyway, if not because they want to make it easier to rip people off. Micheal is stipulating requirements not in any terms or conditions and actually counterdict the listed terms I received when I submitted my claim about giving the advertiser lots of time to respond. And Micheal is the only one to respond to any of my emails to Kong. How do I go above Micheal's head so I can get the kreds I earned?

All you can do is contact Revenue Universe. But many of these type of offers rarely pay out. and Kong. has very little say so no point getting them to fight for you. Revenue Universe has a lot of complaints against them so you`re unlikely to ever get anything from them but you could file another complaint against them and join the growing list.

Don't the Kong staff read this forum?

So Kongregate's offer walls are nothing but lies? RU can just choose to never honor any offer and Kong will only say "it's out of our hands"? Please remove the offer wall if they are going to consistantly rip people off and Kong won't do anything about it.

Let me give you an analogy. You own an ice cream store. You trade your ice cream for "ice kream kredits", which you also sell at your store for $3 each. Someone buys an "ice kream kredit" from you for $3, and then trades that kredit for ice cream. This seems to work well. Now, immagine that I go and buy 100 Ice kream kredits from you. Only, instead of trading them for ice cream, I put up a sign on your store's community bullitin board that list some odd jobs around my house and yard that I will trade for Ice Kream Kredits (mow my lawn and I will give you 10 Kredits, rake my leaves and I will give you 5 Kredits, watch my dog while I am on vacation and I will give you 2 kredits per day, etc.... ). You don't mind, because you are selling kredits (and thus earning money). So you let me put up my sign. Now, say someone looked at that sign, and thought, "Hey, I want some ice cream! But I don't have any money for Ice Kream Kredits. This seems a good soluton to my problem." So they come over and mow my lawn and rake my leaves. Only, I decide not to pay them their 15 Ice Kream Kredits. Perhaps this is because my outdoor cameria didn't record them doing this work so I can't prove it was them. Perhaps it is because I am cheap and mean. Perhaps I just am evil and like to watch kids not get their ice cream. Now this kid comes to your shop and asks you for free ice cream because when they knocked on my door to ask about the kredits, I didn't answer. Or maybe I did answer and asked if they have a video of them showing that they mowed my lawn. Maybe I just slammed the door in their face. Do you give them free ice cream? Or do you tell them that they have to go to the person who was offering to pay them for the jobs that they did and get their Ice Kream Kredits. If you answered that you give them free ice cream, then you would be giving out alot of free ice cream. You need to take this up with Revenue Universe. Provide them the information they are asking for to prove that you completed the offers. If you don't want to go through this hassle (or you find that they simply don't pay you for the work you are doing for them), then stop doing work for them. ----------- As for why Kongregate doesn't just take down the Offer Wall... they did. At least 3 times. Revenue Universe is at least the 4th company to offer free kreds on Kongregate. Kongregate's position is that none of these companies really work that well. However, some people are able to get free kreds, so it is useful to some. Those that don't want to or are unable to get their kreds from RU don't need to do offers. I used to be very successful in getting "paid" for the offers I did. It took quite a bit of effort on my part, taking evidence at every stage as I went for the innevable denial of kreds at the end. Eventually, I realized that if I just got a minimum wage job I would be paid more for my time then I was spending doing these offers. So I simply stopped. -Pip
