What game is this for? Whatever game it is, you will want to contact the developers of that game for any in-game issues (including missing premium purchase items).

Have you fixed the problem? Have you ever thought that this could be a problem with your payment system? You might try a different [online gaming payment gateway](https://maxpay.com/). I for one use Maxpay. It's great, I never had any problems like this with it, and I hope I never will. It's less known than the most popular ones, but it's just as good, if not even better.
Sometimes it's worth checking out stuff like this because you might find something useful. I loved that I managed to find Maxpay because it's the best payment gateway I ever used. It's great for gaming and similar online stuff.

Since the problem wasn't reported correctly here, I am sure that nothing has been done as a result of this thread. Hopfully the OP followed my suggestion of contacting the developers (as they did not even mention what game this was for).
Since you posted here, do you also have a problem with recieving in-game currently/items/functionaltiy following a successful Kred payment? If so, I would suggest that you contact the developers of the game in question. If they do not respond in a few business days, you can let support@kongregate.com know and while they can't fix the issue, they can help put you in contact with the developer of the game you are having issues with.
