i need talk with a kongregate admin to switch my emails because i have the wrong email of my account and i want change my nick in this account who can help me?

There's no need to talk to an admin regarding an email address change since it's a basic and private task every user is expected to perform on their own.
To do that, go to your profile page, click the blue "Account settings" button under your nickname then select the "Email settings" tab on the new page. As a security measure, you may have to log in again at this point. Next, change your email address in the adequate field, validate this change by entering your password in the field just below and clicking the blue "Update address" button and you're all set to go.

Basically, username switching has been impossible since early 2012 (except for some capitalization alterations and inappropriate nicknames) because of the growing traffic exceeding the staff's workload. Since the site's activity is nowhere close to what it used to be in its glorious days, I guess you could still ask to support@kongregate.com but be aware that Kong support now runs with a skeleton crew so your request is likely to be rejected. Your other options would be to stick with your username or open a new account. ;-)
