What game is this for (you didn't say)?
Whatever game it is (is it Bit Heroes?) you will need to contact the developers fo that game for an in-game issues (this includes not recieving premium content). Kreds are only deducted after the "game" confirms recieving the conformation that kreds were sent. So if they were deducted, the game confirmed this.
Said another way, you need to contact the developers of the game in question. The have the access and knowledge on how to resolve your issue.
