Sorry. You need to provide more specifics.
* Are you talking about in-game chat or Kongregate Guild Chat?
* What game is this for?
* Are you having trouble connecting to chat, or is it that noone can see what you type?
* Are others having this issue?
* What broser are you using (both brand and version)?

I am playing Animation Throwdown. I can not guild chat or in game chat.
When I click the chat icon it says no chat rooms found..
I am using Chrome browser.
I don't know if it's related but for one of the challenges it says to sign into Kongregate I have for days now and still havn't recieved the reward.

Are you sure it says sign into Kongregate (or is it Kartridge)? If it does, try to log out (don't just close the browser, but actually log out) and then log back in.
If you look at the "plug" by the chat area (just above it and to the right), is is red, green or yellow?
I assume you are actually part of a guild in Animation Throwdown, right? And you have checked the box on your profile to opt into guild chat?
